Birdcall - All Natural Chicken

This review is for delivery but I can't wait to try a sandwich inside. The salad was amazing! Everything was crunchy, the bacon was really tasty, with a good portion size. I will definitely order a salad again.

Great location. Top tier customer service!

Great chicken, but it's best to go earlier in the day when their fryer oil is fresh. At the end of a busy weekend day the chicken tends to taste a little burned (still good, though!). Always great, friendly service, too!

the flavor wasn't bad but my tenders were very overcooked I don't know if that was because I went at 9:00 when they close at 10:00 I don't know but the free Miss Pac-Man machine is a winner.. I'll give this place another try at some point

I've loved Birdcall for YEARS, which is why I'm so upset about writing this review. I got delivery through DoorDash and the bread on the sliders I ordered was MOLDY. Look at how gross! I will not be coming back.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. I had never heard of birdcall before this, but will definitely be returning soon!

Allaynah was AMAZING at the drive through. We mentioned we had never been here before and she took the time to explain everything to us (how hot Nashville hot was, her fav sauces, etc). Hands down best drive through experience we have ever had!

This bird call is a great spot for a delicious bite to eat, Jason and the team are so helpful and accommodating and truly make this place one to enjoy some time with family or friends over a delicious chicken sandwiches or even some draft beers and cocktails! Highly recommend if you’re a fried chicken lover but beware the Nashville hot packs a punch!

I was told I had to try Birdcall, that it was a great chicken sandwich. It's an okay chicken sandwich. Granted I didn't order anything fancy, but since I had to wait the four minutes it takes to make the chicken as they were out, I needed to be impressed. I wasn't. It's not terrible, it's just not worth going out of the way. I wish the service was better so I would indeed have a reason to go back. Checking it off the list and moving on.

the cashier was rude when I picked up my order and my order wasn't in a bay

The restaurant itself is very clean, modern and atmosphere in general was good. Music was good, not too loud and perfect for enjoying a meal. Staff were great and very helpful.
Unfortunately my sandwich wasn’t the best I’ve had, I believe it’s the texture of the “chicken” or maybe the amount of slaw… can’t really pin in. Everything else was delicious.

Vegetarian options: Yes, the Meati sandwich.

Parking: I love how the ice is small pebbles.

All I can say is Birdcall is in my top 3 BEST CHICKEN SPOTS EVER. Definitely a must try destination!

Jason and Tiffer were both very friendly and helpful. I wanted to leave a tip, but understand I cannot, because they're not allowed. You should change the rule on that.
