Had an incredible time at Bittersweet last week and terribly sad they'll be closing. Wish I had stopped by sooner. No doubt I'll be dreaming about the deconstructed crab cake for years to come. My outdoor photos don't do justice to the gorgeous plates. Best of luck and I look forward to seeing what's next for chef Olaf!!
We had an amazing experience at Bittersweet. The food and wine pairings were amazing. Would highly recommend for folks looking for a delicious tasting menu. Our favorite dishes of the evening were the Lamb Chops with pistachios and the Braised Rabbit.
Lovely dinner, venue, service. Food was spectacular. Two of the three of us had the tasting menu. I had beet (not a typo) tartar, shrimp/grapefruit ceviche-like, maple leaf duck (out of this world) and fresh mint chocolate semifredo -sp) We were able to taste wines before we ordered (and we changed) so had excellent white and red (both French). Almost all the offered wines were available by the glass or the bottle. Recommendations were excellent. I will bring my spouse back on...
