Pizza never showed up, store isn’t answering the phone and I’ve already been charged

My order showed up after 90 minutes, ice cold and rock hard crust. Absolutely ridiculous for a store that is a couple miles away from me. When I called the store for a refund, I was told my only options were to reorder or get a credit for next time. Why on Earth would I want to wait another 90 minutes for a cold, stale pizza? No apologies from the manager, just insisting that she can only remake it and that the thin crust was “supposed to be like that”.

Take a look at this pizza it looks like someones footprint is in it before it got to me called the manager to complain and he denied anything was wrong terrible service even with proof (the other slices were removed for a better picture) guy pretending to be the manager named Jose

Despite a reduction in toppings along with a price hike, the Jackpot pizza is our favorite pizza of all time.

Didn't get what I ordered- again. I ordered 2 pizzas w BBQ sauce and got 2 pizzas w red sauce. I let it go the first time because I'm a person who doesn't like to make conflict, but AGAIN? Seriously? I want a refund. Spending damn near $40 and getting somthing I didn't want is not okay. I work hard for my money.

This was our first time ordering from this location. I can honestly say that the food was delicious, well made, and my order was correct. We ordered the jackpot xl pizza, cheesy breadsticks with garlic sauce, and chocolate chip pie. The delivery driver followed our instructions to contact us when 5 minutes out and appeared friendly!!We will definitely eat here again!

So my wife asked me to order her favorite cbr pizza and I of course messed it up so I called to see if there was anyway we could fix it and thanks to randy(the girl who answered the phone) after talking with her manager they helped with the order and saved the day of a husband messing up a hungry wife's dinner. Custom service like this will garrentee us coming back for more!
