When you quote a wait time, ALWAYS over quote. If its going to take 15 minutes, tell me 20 or 25 so I'm impressed when it's faster. Don't tell me 10 and then it takes 20.

The experience was horrible and they laugh at people or customers order and then make lies saying that they don’t have the cookie pizza and even though they have a ton of them in the back and they discriminate people and the girl that worked in the back a white girl with dirty brownish hair color was being rude and making jokes at customers and I can’t believe their a place like this for that it and I feel HIGHLY DISRESPECTED AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

PLEASE REPORT THE GIRL THAT TRY TO ACT LIKE THAT OR CALL THE COMPANY Corporate

I know, only call and get disrespected, but walking into their building for them to laugh in my face and not even try to hide that they have certain things on the menu but just didn’t wanna sell to me

Wings were okay, a bit skinny and not much meat on em. Caesar salad was good

I'd read the reviews and was worried so I'd Order online and the pizza 🍕 was Okay 👍 I'd will give it 3 starts I'd ask for thin crust and got original Crush and it was warm not hot Nevertheless this pizza place will be one of my last result if I am very very hungry and nothing else is open

Stood there for 10 min waiting for service to find out the two employees were in the back just messing around not paying attention to store managers please address as I'm writing this and still no one up fron for service

My order showed up after 90 minutes, ice cold and rock hard crust. Absolutely ridiculous for a store that is a couple miles away from me. When I called the store for a refund, I was told my only options were to reorder or get a credit for next time. Why on Earth would I want to wait another 90 minutes for a cold, stale pizza? No apologies from the manager, just insisting that she can only remake it and that the thin crust was “supposed to be like that”.

Take a look at this pizza it looks like someones footprint is in it before it got to me called the manager to complain and he denied anything was wrong terrible service even with proof (the other slices were removed for a better picture) guy pretending to be the manager named Jose
