WENDY'S WAS DELICIOUS! The Blackjack pizzas sure weren't! I ordered delivery Saturday for approximately 11:45am, nine pizzas for my 21 employees totaling $184.38. At 11:58 I called this Store as to the whereabouts of my order and was told by Jada that they were backed up as the ovens were having an issue at startup but the pizzas were on the way, ten minutes later they arrived. To my dismay most of the pizzas were smaller than the large sizes ordered and it was apparent that the order was rushed as most were also very dry and overcooked. I will not be ordering from this location again! Buyers beware as evidenced by my attached photos.

I called to order delivery and my first call was declined. I then called back and received an answer but the lady said “Hold on” and left me waiting for 30 minutes and hung up the phone. I called back multiple times and didn’t receive another answer. The lady was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was trying to order a pizza. This is literally your job. I will never order from this location ever again. Ridiculous.

The deep dish pizza used to hit. Now it’s always under cooked and now under sized haha thought I was on a prank show when I saw the size of the large in a large box …maybe the oven shrinks it…2.3/10

Blackjack Pizza has been my favorite for years and I grew up in Denver. But their customer service sucks. Now you can't even call the store. It's a recording that says they're offering 50% off with a coupon code. But every time you try to use the code it doesn't work. Total bait and switch. And it's super annoying because I want pizza. So blackjack that's an epic fail. Ordering elsewhere.

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 1 of them came with meat on it. I am a Muslim and it is against my religion to eat certain foods. An entire pizza has unfortunately gone to waste because people cannot follow simple instructions.
Super awesome staff! Ordered my pizza via phone then it was ready before their estimated time. Joe and Marissa were very friendly and helpful! The extra larges were bombbbb!!!!

I am speechless, the dessert cinnamon pizza thing was like eating a leather purse from the thrift; the cheesy bread was literally just a poorly cut pizza with no sauce on it, but with the gimmick of pizza sauce on the side imitating marinara. Legitimately would’ve been the worst meal of my life if I even consumed it: straight to the trash bro.

The worst ever bone in Chicken.. do not get it !! I got the Garlic Parmesan and it was so bad and undercooked that it had salmonella on it!!!!! The salad was so terrible, it was like all the worst parts of a lettuce head and a romaine and was just like chunks of the most crappy crappy salads. My advise I would not go to this place... And if your not satisfied, they could care a less. I told them I had an hour lunch they promised me be a be in an hour, but an hour and a half later and I complained and they wouldn't even give me anything off!! nothing, nothing, nothing !! worst place ever!! Management and the Owner could care a less and I heard that it was the owner that I was dealing with.
