When ordered online, they sent outbthebwrong pizza twice. When I called back, they left me on hold for 10 mins and hung up. Called back, and they knew exactly what Ibwas talking about but told me I was outside their delivery area and would not send the actual order out to me. The call was unprofessional and was clear they did not have a handle on their orders. I've ordered from other locations with no issues. If you're looking to try them or know about them, I highly suggest you go to another Blackjacks location. Great food, bad service.

So my son decided to treat the family by getting pizza for dinner. Blackjack was by far the fav. So we ordered for delivery, including the tip into the authorized amount via the website. Food was great and the delivery was on time. The surprise came the next day when the hold came off for the amount I authorized for an amount $10 more than previously. So I called the store that next morning to make a complaint and find out what the heck happened. I was basically told that they couldn't help me but that it was changed on the tip amount. I had to put a dispute in with Paypal for the amount. Thankfully, we had the web receipt showing the authorized amount versus what was actually charged. Not very thrilled about the issue not being handled. Definitely not a way to maintain customers.

I just want to say that the manager or gentleman who was working took care of me and everyone that walked in with such care and respect! He was the only one working; making pizzas sand taking orders with impeccable service!! He also is bilingual and his communication skills were on par!! I will be back and recommend this Blackjack Pizza place above any other pizza place in this area or city anytime! Can’t be that smile as well !!?

Worst location in Denver goes to Sheridan and Florida! Pick up order over 30 minutes late! For got their signature black olives on both pizzas and start cussing when my wife asked what was taking so long! Do not go to this location!

My partner and I wanted to try Blackjack Pizza for the first time yesterday. While the food was absolutely delicious, the price is absurd! We decided on the "Super Two" Deal, which is supposed to be two large pizzas with two toppings each for $26.99. Also added 8 wings, which were separate from the deal. The price was $51 for two pizzas and 8 wings despite using the promo code... It was shocking. The promo deals are misleading and the price doesn't include toppings despite saying it! You have to pay for the toppings separately. Despite enjoying our food at home, we'll be buying pizza and wings elsewhere that has better deals and cheaper prices.

I was served by Jasmine, and she quickly led me to an excellent special, she is by far one of your best employees and deserves a promotion. Keep hiring people like her and you will do well!

Ask for groundbeef and it has a little bit of beef. And the girl making pizza's put our pizza's in that oven for take out or something and never call our names and anybody else's and our pizza was in that holding place for 20 min. We had to ask if our pizza's were in there and two other customers also and they were for 20 min while we were waiting and that girl went back to work with an attitude. She needs to be gone.
