Blackjack Pizza & Salads

So I haven't had blackjack's for a minute, decided to do a pre-order for pickup since I was in the area(du area). I tried to do a half/half from my phone but was just giving me 2 pizzas, not one, so I just kinda combined and reordered one. When I picked it up, hot home, opened the box! ..and BLOW! Not only did they read my mind and halted it with the perfect toppings and extras, but the pizza itself?..straight fire!! THANK YOU! you guys rock!

We had been ordering Domino's for years before finding Blackjack. We got so tired of Domino's poor customer service and bad food quality that we decided to branch out. The employees at this Blackjack location are INCREDIBLE. They are so kind, they are always smiling, and they are always happy to help. We always try to give them great tips because they are so awesome! Thank you for being so cool 😎

We love make custom pizzas no marinara sauce, with olive oil,extra mozzarella pepperoni and pineapple on cracker crust.
Also plain chicken wings 🪽 with blue cheese sauce

Very bad experience this evening as I ordered about $60 in food and all because the driver cannot find my apartment. The manager called me and said that he will not be delivering my food for me not to call them no more. I was like wait I’m a customer. He’s like well not no more and hung up so this is the Blackjack Pizza in the university area. what a shame then proceeded to tell me that he owns the store. I said you don’t own Blackjack Pizza he said yeah I do and don’t call me again. I was like wow

The pizza is delicious; the delivery worker provided probably the rudest encounter I’ve ever had ordering food.

The delivery guy texted me at 3:05pm to call the store. I called as soon as I saw the text - my call took place at 3:08pm.

The driver was extremely rude over the phone, which confused my friend and I - we hung up but then called the store to clarify what just happened.

From the delivery driver:

“Well I called and left a message...”

I have no missed calls and no voicemails during this time.

“… I couldn’t get in the building, did you want me to just wait out there in the freezing cold?”

Why would I want that? Also, it is 56 degrees out; freezing cold is a stretch.

“… Do you want the pizza still? Because you’re going to have to wait.”

Why would I not still want my pizza? That’s why I ordered it.

I’m sorry you had to make the trek (~2 blocks) back to my house, but maybe actually try to get ahold of me before snapping at me over the phone, because you don’t want to do your job.

When all is said and done, there was no reason why he should have been that rude to my friend and me. That was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

The pizza was good.

Kind of wish my tip was reimbursed though.

Whatever the case, I’m not ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery to my work. It looked like the delivery driver mightve hit a sharp turn, cause both pizzas had folded onto themselves, and I was barely able to salvage half of both. Still tasted pretty good, but this is disappointing

We ordered from this place monthly
But it's time to find a new spot, and we really liked them. I placed an order at 430pm for an 8pm delivery. Driver was 50 mins late, the store hung up on us twice. Way way to over priced to have that kind of service

After arriving home at 12am, we find mushrooms on the order that very clearly said no mushrooms. My husband is allergic so, this staff were not just slow and rude, they also tried to kill my husband ?

Small personal pizza was great! Which is hard to find. Forgot my sauce but still a tasty treat!

People were very nice, they had trouble with the debit card machine took some time, but not their fault.
