Services was good. My order was almost ready when I got there. My order was perfect.

Since Chris the old manager left about 2-3 years ago this place has gone down hill. The customer service is rude , and the products aren't the same. When you call to let them know they mess up on your order they say it's not their fault when actually it is. The dough on the pizza is soggy the cheese bread was not done . I could go on . They need to do better or being Chris back

Was looking for a place to replace our favorite takeout pizza place when moving into the neighborhood and who’d have thought it was right here.

the best local ‘chain’ on the west side. great take out deals, consistently great (and also visually appealing?) pizza. staff is positive and kind every time. depending on location blackjack can differ, but Garrison is on point. been coming here almost 10yrs now thanks for the great service

I’ve been coming here for years, Blackjack is my favorite pizza. The staff is rude. I parked my truck and placed my order. Then one of there delivery driver parked so close to my truck so I moved to the next spot over, for my friend can get in with our pizzas. But another driver came back from delivering so I moved again so he can park next to the door restaurant door. I moved to 2 open spots waiting for my friend then someone came out yelling at me to leave as of if I was the problem when there drivers were parking reckless. Never in my life have I felt so unsafe he got so close looked like he wanted to open my driver side door. There no signage for drivers and customers so park anywhere but the drivers think they own the lot and like I was in there parking spaces. If my door was opened I was ready to call the cops and give them the dash cam footage.

Not sure what the deal is with not giving rewards points anymore. I've missed out on at least a couple of free pizzas by now.

Don't believe the negative reviews, I've lived here for a year now and this Blackjack is my go to for when I'm craving some good pizza. They slather the pizzas in the perfect cheese to sauce ratio, and don't hold back on the toppings. If you want it crispy you can ask for that, otherwise i have NEVER had a burned pizza, they have all been perfectly brown. The people who work here are hard workers (I've seen them work in the store without AC and STILL were super polite and helpful even though they all looked exhausted). I will always be coming to this blackjack to get my pizzas, thank you for a great experience every time yall
