Stopped in for a business lunch the chips and salsa with a side of guac and queso was a solid and filling appetizer. I went with the carne asada bowl it was good meat had good flavor just felt like a small portion. I'll be back to try the burger and tacos.

Went for happy hour, the Cadillac Margarita was delicious as well as the guacamole and beef hard shell tacos! Will definitely be coming back!

Today I thought to try something new for lunch with a girlfriend and this was perfect! The environment is lovely, the service friendly and attentive, the food is delicious! I had carnitas tacos and my friend had the fish tacos. We were both happy with our choices and left satisfied.

Very friendly service. Food was tasty. Drinks are also tasty but expensive.

I went to Blanco Cocina for my birthday brunch, and while the atmosphere and service were truly 5 stars — warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — unfortunately, the food fell short. Most of the dishes lacked flavor and seasoning, which was really disappointing given how great everything else was. I wanted to love it, but the food just didn’t deliver. Hoping they improve because the vibe and staff are excellent.

The poblano cheese crisp was outstanding. Followed that with a delicious machaca enchilada.

Even though the air conditioner was not working when we visited this weekend, I'm still giving them five stars for the restaurant's decor, seating, and ambiance. I accused them of intentionally baking us so we'd buy more drinks hahaha.

The machaca chimichanga was delicious, large, well seasoned and had a side of rice and beans (black or rancho).

We had a couple of appetizers - queso and guacamole. Both were good. One quirky comment is that the chips were mostly broken and a lot of crumbs.

The drink selection is strong but expensive for what you get.

Queso was amazing! Fun drinks! Great service! Across the street from the new Padel court! We enjoyed the patio.

We may just have hit Blanco on a bad night! It was very hot in the restaurant, the A/C must have either been broken, or not on - we don't know because no one explained. Drinks from the bar took a long time to get to us - maybe a drink-runner would be a good addition to the staff. Our waiter was very rushed, had many tables, and the poor guy was sweating profusely. The food was as usual very good, hot and fresh. Blanco has been our go-to, but we probably won't be back.

I sat on patio which was a cool vibe. I had a frozen margarita. They brought it in low ball glass, not a traditional margarita glass. I was skeptical. It was excellent. The blend of tequila and mix was perfect. The food seemed to be a neo classical take on mexican. I ordered enchiladas that came with a side of rice and beans.. The rice was not made with traditional tomato juice. It was white rice with roasted corn and seasoned. It was surprisingly flavorful as well. The beans you could tell were made frome scratch. I tried the beans that had bacon in them, and they were good. The enchilada didn't use traditional yellow cheddar. It may have been a blend of cheese. It was good as well I wish they had a bit more diced onions. The Margarita, although excellent, was on the small size considering it was $15. Meal plus drinks was 33. Overall I was very satisfied with everything.

After experiencing six dishes over the past three visits, the only thing I would order again is the tortilla soup. They overuse salt and everything is pretty unimaginative. The servers are decent but half the time they are understaffed. I wish I liked this place more because it was one of my kid's first job in high school. I have to say that the Fox restaurants in Colorado are inferior to the ones in Arizona for whatever reason.

Bella was an outstanding server. Managers are friendly and welcoming, as are the host staff.

Everything was amazing! From apps, drinks, dinner and dessert the staff was attentive and friendly. Food and drinks tasted wonderful, will definitely be back again!

Appeared to be short staffed, both servers and kitchen staff; orders for our table of 6 were incorrect and food was cold. i would not recommend and certainly would not return

We had a great experience the first time we came here about 6 months ago. This visit was not as great. Our sever never checked back with us after she took our order. We were constantly flagging her down. Even when she walked right by our table, she didn't even look at us to see if there was anything we needed. Tortilla soup is delicious but came out not quite hot. Other food was likewise good. The hostess seemed to cover our table half the time and just seemed annoyed with us. The food really was pretty good, but lack of attention in an almost empty restaurant was not a good look.
