Blanco Cocina is in a newer part of the Denver area and the restaurant is only a few years old. It still looks open and fresh with large windows and lots of light. The decor is contemporary with woven wood chandeliers and basket shaded pendants. Our server Bella was attentive and friendly. She was familiar with the menu items. When a group of 20 young women arrived we asked to be moved to another table and we were graciously accommodated. Our dinners were simple but very tasty. I asked for the Carnitas tacos to be served on crispy shells and they were able to do that. The carnitas just were flavorful and not fatty and were served with slices of oranges in the taco. That really brought out the flavors of the pork. It was served with cilantro rice and my choice of black or Charro beans. I chose the Charro and they were good with a smokey note. My husband had the combination plate with one ground beef taco, one cheese enchilada, and one bean and cheese tostada. He said they were all excellent. He chose the black beans but did not care for the cilantro rice. That's just his taste lol. For dessert he had the flan served with fresh berries and loved it. It would have easily served two people. Much larger than flan we are used to getting in other Mexican restaurants. All in all an excellent experience.

The service and environment are pretty nice. The food not as good as I thought, didn't liked the tacos flavor and the chips and sauce are okay. Like you can eat better in other places for sure. Didn't try alcohol so I can't say anything.

I never miss an opportunity to suggest lunch or dinner at Blanco. Great, friendly service and the food never disappoints. My current favorite is the Avocado Caesar with grilled chicken. And, of course, guacamole for the table is a must.

Nothing out of the ordinary with the food. Fajitas was drowned in sauce and was bland. Cheese quesadillas lacked cheese. 2 reminders about a kid's birthday were ignored.

We went for our first time and Bella was our server. She was fantastic with lots of energy and great suggestions on the menu. As someone who lived in Mexico for six years, I'm picky about Mexican food as well as as the dining experience from traveling extensively in my life. The flavors were all excellent. The homemade tortillas were delicious . The food was fabulous. Large shrimp not little tiny cheap ones, I actually had real meat in my tacos that was cubed and seasoned quite well. Even the rice was delicious. I found the drinks a bit pricey for the size of glass that we got on our Palomas. The only reason I didn't give five stars to the food is because things were lacking. There was no salsa unless we asked for it and then it came without a spoon to put it on our food and no spoons were given to us in our cutlery. There were no limes on my plate for my Carne Asada tacos, which I think should always be there. The portion of my rice was so small. I couldn't believe it so I actually asked for an extra side of rice because it was delicious. The things that they are doing are fantastic and the food was terrific. Bella is a great server and loves her job and it's obvious. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. It's nice to know how fresh everything is from fresh squeezed juices, and other things on the menu. For the first time in a Mexican restaurant I didn't feel like I was eating out of the back of the Cisco truck.

The spicy shrimp scampi was not spicy at all and had no garlic flavor it says "lime" was that supposed to be in the dish? no lime wedges on the side. the black beans were in desperate need of SALT! my date liked the carne asada burrito but doesn't make much sense to include beans in the burrito and also include as a side, pick one. the chips/salsa are good to start.

Stopped in for a business lunch the chips and salsa with a side of guac and queso was a solid and filling appetizer. I went with the carne asada bowl it was good meat had good flavor just felt like a small portion. I'll be back to try the burger and tacos.

Went for happy hour, the Cadillac Margarita was delicious as well as the guacamole and beef hard shell tacos! Will definitely be coming back!

This is our most-visited restaurant in Denver. The chips and salsa brought to your table are free and delicious, and the chips are made in a dedicated gluten free fryer so they are safe for celiacs! Most of the menu can be made gluten free. I especially love the pork chile verde enchiladas and margaritas. Also recommend the nachos for an appetizer. My non-gluten free partner always orders the chimichanga and says it's delicious. You will have leftovers! Pro Tip: go to Blanco on Tuesdays when they have all-day happy hour and then walk over to the AMC 2 blocks away for half-price movie day!

Today I thought to try something new for lunch with a girlfriend and this was perfect! The environment is lovely, the service friendly and attentive, the food is delicious! I had carnitas tacos and my friend had the fish tacos. We were both happy with our choices and left satisfied.

Very friendly service. Food was tasty. Drinks are also tasty but expensive.

I went to Blanco Cocina for my birthday brunch, and while the atmosphere and service were truly 5 stars — warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — unfortunately, the food fell short. Most of the dishes lacked flavor and seasoning, which was really disappointing given how great everything else was. I wanted to love it, but the food just didn’t deliver. Hoping they improve because the vibe and staff are excellent.

The poblano cheese crisp was outstanding. Followed that with a delicious machaca enchilada.

Even though the air conditioner was not working when we visited this weekend, I'm still giving them five stars for the restaurant's decor, seating, and ambiance. I accused them of intentionally baking us so we'd buy more drinks hahaha.

The machaca chimichanga was delicious, large, well seasoned and had a side of rice and beans (black or rancho).

We had a couple of appetizers - queso and guacamole. Both were good. One quirky comment is that the chips were mostly broken and a lot of crumbs.

The drink selection is strong but expensive for what you get.

Queso was amazing! Fun drinks! Great service! Across the street from the new Padel court! We enjoyed the patio.
