Excellent food and service. The noise level was pretty loud the more people that showed up. The decor was nice and the restaurant was very clean. Friendly staff! We will go back again. Good idea to make reservations!

While the servers were nice in demeanor, I felt like attentiveness was lacking. The food was overpriced, unbalanced, & underwhelming. The drinks were quite horrendous, even after one being remade. This place needs culinary and bartending training for sure. Overall a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend unless there is significant changes in the skill level of the staff.

I don't really even like queso but I LOVE the queso at Blanco - I also love the varied menu, the attentive staff, the delicious food, the bottomless chips.... It restaurant itself also feels spacious with wonderfully large windows, pleasing decor, and comfortable seats. It is our ‘go-to' restaurant.

Our meal, our waiter and experience were all fantastic. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. The only issue I can think of is parking was not easy. We ended up just using the valet at the restaurant.

Blanco has really embraced the Holiday Popup Bar concept! Decorated super cute with lots of unique features. We sat outside on the enclosed patio & it was very comfortable. It was surrounded by lights on all of the windows. The drinks were yummy & the service outstanding! If you are looking for a laid back Holiday Popup Bar experience, this is your place!

Good but not extensive men u as many Mexican restaurants usually have especially a lack of combination platters. There is one, no substitutes allowed but otherwise, a la carte choices are varied, well-plated and good value-for-money. The flavors are terrific and our server, Tim, was friendly and attentive refilling the chips and salsa before we had finished the first serving. Fox Restaurants ownership runs many concepts, all good and reliable. If only there were a few more combination choices in order to try different items.

We love this restaurant when we are in Denver, but the past two times we have been rushed through our meal. Still eating but did not order another drink and the waitress dropped our bill to the table. I enjoy my time with my adult kids at dinner. Sadly, we are going to have to find another place.
