Blanco Cocina is in a newer part of the Denver area and the restaurant is only a few years old. It still looks open and fresh with large windows and lots of light. The decor is contemporary with woven wood chandeliers and basket shaded pendants. Our server Bella was attentive and friendly. She was familiar with the menu items. When a group of 20 young women arrived we asked to be moved to another table and we were graciously accommodated. Our dinners were simple but very tasty....
I never miss an opportunity to suggest lunch or dinner at Blanco. Great, friendly service and the food never disappoints. My current favorite is the Avocado Caesar with grilled chicken. And, of course, guacamole for the table is a must.
We went for our first time and Bella was our server. She was fantastic with lots of energy and great suggestions on the menu. As someone who lived in Mexico for six years, I'm picky about Mexican food as well as as the dining experience from traveling extensively in my life. The flavors were all excellent. The homemade tortillas were delicious . The food was fabulous. Large shrimp not little tiny cheap ones, I actually had real meat in my tacos that was cubed and seasoned...
