We ordered the oxtail and half chicken meal. First off, the chicken was phenomenal — perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. What fell short for me were the sides: the greens tasted like they came straight out of a can, and while the macaroni and cheese was decent, it lacked that soulful, homemade touch. The oxtail was tender and well-cooked, but I expected a bit more depth of flavor. Overall, the food was pretty good.

The service, however, was very underwhelming....

As an Atlanta native, the moment I walked in, I knew this place was legit. Dope atmosphere....the art, music, bar, people, etc. The fried chicken, collar greens, and okra were on point. Ordered a couple drinks and they were good too. Our server was Chavez and she was awesome the whole way through. She sat us and was super friendly. She even introduced us to the owner right before we left and she was a sweetheart too. Anytime I'm in Denver, I'll be sure to swing by!!...

Today we catered Blazing Chicken Shack for an event and the food was 10/10. Everything was hot and delicious. I can tell the food was made with love and everyone enjoyed it! Blessings!
