I had the pleasure of getting blessed barbecue At the Denver dog days. It was mouthwatering deliciousness. My mouth thought it died and went to heaven when I tasted the first bite of the pulled pork with The spicy barbecue sauce. The mac & cheese was also delicious, but the brisket was to die for. The best I’ve ever had. I hope I can find this barbecue truck every weekend so I can still fill my newest craving.

We got our hopes up to try this spot after seeing it on tik tok, drove around looking for a place to park finally found parking at a meter paid for the meter walked in the heavy wind to where this place was supposed to be and came to find out it's no longer that place so overall no review on the food......sad day

Man I gotta say. The owner is just a stand up guy! Very very happy with my brisket and mc n cheese!! The brisket was so tender and not overly salty and the mac n cheese was stellar! Y’all gotta try this!

This place is amazing ! I'm not typically a BBQ kind of person but their brisket was SPOT ON. I love a dry rub AND they are on the TOO GOOD TO GO app ( if you don't know check it out) so instead of throwing away extra food have they sell it at a super reduced price through the app.
Parking: This is located actually outside of Target it's not a brick and mortar it's a little stand in the Target parking lot so be prepared! Park at Target

Absolutely PHENOMENAL BBQ. The sweet housemade sauce is finger lickin fricken amazing. The brisket is so moist, pulls apart with a spoon. The pulled pork is absolutely on point! Don't skimp on the Denver Twinkies!

For a BBQ restaurant the meat had zero smoke flavor to it. Tasted either baked or like it was in a crockpot. Good portion of meat but barely anything for the store bought sides. There’s better BBQ places that are easier to get to and lot more convenient
Whoever picked the name for this business certainly got it right! It takes confidence in your abilities to thick cut brisket for a sandwich. I'd swear it seems like the majority of 'bbq' spots just take beef jerky out of the bag and slap it between two buns. Not here! The brisket melted in my mouth, to the point where I needed to look out of my hotel window to remind myself I was in Denver. I opted for the Holy Heat sauce, and it had just the right amount of kick. Blessed BBQ will defintely be added to my list of must eat at restaurants.

I had part of a brisket sandwich and all the potato salad for lunch the other day. It was very good… I brought home the half sandwich, shredded the brisket with some sautéed onions, and some bbq sauce. YUM! I will be back!

My go-to on Mondays if I’m looking to have lunch while I’m at the office. Denver BBQ is very hit-or-miss, few briskets I have had are on par with my expectations, but this brisket is solid work.A lot of BBQ joints will cheat and only leave the meat on the smoker for a few hours, but with how I smell after eating Blessed BBQ, that is not the case here.Brisket has mesquite smoke, plenty of bark, and melts in your mouth. Sides are all good, pit beans are probably the best. Mac and cheese is meant to pair with the meats rather than to stand alone, which is fine with the quality of their product.
