At 11:30am, the coffee was served cold. Some menu items appear to have changed. The big surprise was the cost. The mango salad was pricey considering the mixed greens lacked.

Lisa, our server was outstanding. She was prompt with the coffee and water refills, funny, curious and made a point to remember our names! We'll be coming back for sure! Donna and Michael

The atmosphere is cool although I will say it always throws me off when I go into a Mexican Restaurant and see no Latinx people there enjoying the food. That honestly should have been my first red flag. Alas I sat down anyway. The food is just absolutely flavorless. I mean nothing had flavor the salsa, the chips, absolutely nothing. I was the only one who thought this understandably so considering all the other patrons were of a pasty complexion and think black pepper is spicy. This place makes Taco Bell look authentic. Never again

Some of the best carnitas I've ever had. Tender, well-seasoned, and generous portion size.
Stopping at Blue Bonnet us a must any time we find ourselves in this part of town.
Margaritas are also great if you're in the mood for a drink.

Overall: draining, disappointing, and absolutely not worth the money. I didn’t have to pay, but I can say with confidence — I would never spend my own cash here.

Overpriced: $18 for a quesadilla? For what they’re serving, that’s outrageous.

Not fresh: The chips sitting out with no heat lamp. The “watermelon splash” drink was just pink syrup with no real fruit. Even dessert flopped — donut holes served cold in the middle the first time, and just lukewarm the second.

No food presence: The biggest red flag for me — you walk into a restaurant and can’t even smell food being cooked.

Bluebonnet’s might look nice inside, but the food and drinks don’t back it up. Save your money and your appetite.

Advertising a $9 coors light. We need less of these places in Denver.

I’ve been here several times throughout the years and my last experience was not great. Food was bland, chips stale, and salsa runny with no flavor. Atmosphere feels like I’m sitting in a 50’s diner instead of a Mexican restaurant.

I was not at all impressed with their food especially for rhe price. The Chile sucked was more American than anything else. This from a seasoned Mexican foodie. The only thing I liked was the quacamole tostada. I was really disappointed to the point I left my left over burrito there. Why take it when you know your not gonna eat it.

Not like it used to be! Stale chips, fatty meat, slow service, even sodas were bad. Many better places around. Don’t waste your money.

Wonderful place with incredible food. Dog friendly in special ways! We will back be back again and again to one of the brightest spots in the Beautiful, clean Baker District neighborhoods. Mom and I simply had a wonderful time. Thank you BB!! SPECIAL PLACE #1
