I am visting Denver for a conference and decided to check out this location. Blue Island Oyster Bar is in walking distance of various hotels in the area but there is also street parking and nearby parking garages if needed. I had a reservation and was seated immediately. Our server was was great. Food was delicious!! I have been here at least four times this week for both lunch and dinner. There are reasonably priced lunch combos and Monday night is Oyster night at $1.35 cent...
This was my first time at The Blue Island Oyster Bar. I have been following them on social media for some time and I must say it did not disappoint. The clam chowder was full of clams, thick and delicious. The Oysters were the freshest I've tasted in quitea while. I had the crab stuffed Sea Bass which was heavenly. Our server Kevin was quite knowledgeable and attentive. The overall experience was simply wonderful! I will definitely be back and recommend Blue Island to anyone...
The menu was limited but delicious. The prices are according to the selection. The restaurant needs some fixing, we had reservations but we sat in a corner where the paint and lighting needed some repairs. The waiter was very attentive, although he did not come to serve us with the bill. Another waiter came with it , equally as nice. The place has a huge construction in front.
