Would absolutely recommend. I'm normally a New York style of pizza kind of person, but the Little Rose, Detroit style is one of my favorites.
These take a while to prepare, so get an appetizer. Waits can be a while if your party is over 4 people during a dinner rush.

The Detroit Style pizza we had was cooked expertly. Crunchy edges (not burnt), the bread was fluffy on the inside and had just the right chew on the outside, the toppings were high quality and flavorful and the sauce was just the right amount with a non overpowering flavor. The people a Blue Pan really know how to make a delicious pizza. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We had an amazing experience here today 9/27/25. Sam was our waitress. We ate a Greek salad, eggplant appetizer and the Sweetie Pie for our main course with pumpkin pumpkin beer from the bar. Of course, we had to wait a bit for our dinner but worth every minute!! Food was delicious, drinks amazing and my recommendation is COME HERE!!

We went in to Blue Pan before the concert, the nicest lady I forgot her name :( introduced herself and asked where we were going, and she literally changed the radio so that we got an experience before the concert. Not only was she the sweetest everyone was. Everyone talked to us and told us to have fun to enjoy ourselves and be safe. The food was spectacular and probably the best pizza we ate. We will be back every time! You need to eat here for your next visit! Thank you Blue Pan Pizza, we enjoyed ourselves so much!

I've heard about this place for awhile and how good their pizza is. Today I found out it's even better than I've been told. We got the Brooklyn with the Detroit crust and it was an incredible mix of fresh flavors and ingredients prepared to perfection. I also had a salad and it was fresh and enough for two. The atmosphere is well done and the service was incredible. This is a must on any pizza lovers list.
