Took the Detroit style pizza to go. I'm kinda a pizza snob. While all the ingredients were top notch fresh and good. I've got nothing special to say about this pizza. I'll take credit for it not being in the restaurant. But nothing jumps out and says wow. The Magnolia salad was great. But if the salad is the highlight, then maybe do more for the pizza. I had the Brooklyn Bridge. It could use more meat and cheese. Overall, it's fine enough, but not outstanding.

We don’t even have Detroit style pizza this good in Michigan. I’m not even a huge fan of pizza but I DREAM about this stuff. Michelin star level. 10/10. Unreal. My mouth is watering just typing this. They also have vegan and GF options for my girls with sensitive tummies. I’m judging you if you don’t decide to go here

I called in a pizza order on 10/31. Was told it would be 50 minutes. I showed up and there was no pizza. They never placed my order. No apology or anything when I arrived. I love Bluepan and was excited to show family in town this pizza. Very disappointed in the highlands location.

All I have to say is I am shocked. I just came here for dinner and we spent well over $100 here. The entire meals service felt very pushy and rushed. After our meal we were finishing up our conversation and enjoying ourselves and had a very rude worker come up and kicked us out. He said he wanted to turn the table over for more service and we had to leave.
Never once have I been kicked out of a restaurant I just spent over $100 at so they can turn it over quicker for more money. I am so disappointed in this service and sad because the pizza was great. Not sure it was good enough to risk getting kicked out/ asked to leave so they can make more money to try it again

Really enjoyed the prosciutto pizza. Generous portions and I had 1-2 squares for leftovers. Tables are quite close together - it’s a bustling dinner environment - would likely do pickup / takeout next time! Look forward to trying other types of pizza
