Blue Sushi has some of the best vegan sushi in town! The cowgirl is my all time favorite. I don’t even like pickles, but they somehow make it taste incredible. The restaurant itself has amazing vibes, makes for a great date night spot. Staff is always incredibly kind and attentive when I go as well. I will keep coming back!

Exceptional first experience! Ashton was an enchanting server in both her thorough knowledge and prompt provisioning. Miso soup was perfect in temperature, texture, freshness, and flavor.
Hotel Cali was perfectly fried and delectable, I could have enjoyed three more rolls, but I would have never left...
Thriller lived up to its name in a surprisingly unexpected fashion. Cloud 9 had me dreaming of an ocean full of flavor.
Friendly and efficient staff with great drink reccomendations. Lighting speed and lovely presentations all around.
We will return without question!

I don’t have words to describe my visit here and as a tourist coming from Atlanta, I definitely adored the environment here and the service. Mia definitely has the best energy!

Excellent good and drink. Great Happy Hour prices. Was a bit busy so there was some bit of a wait to get our food out, but worth it. Staff was delightful, ambiance was chill. Highly recommend!

We had fun drinks (Bluetini, and hot Sake) and the food was excellent. We especially like the Crispy Rice Cakes with Tuna and the Yellowtail Sashimi. Fun!
Great service. Attentive. Thank you. Good drinks. Food was super yummy. Miso soup was fantastic. Only criticism is my sashimi seemed to have been pre-made and was not fresh cut.

Everything was regular, service was as expected these days, not particularly friendly or helpful but they were timely and efficient. Went during happy hour and with two people and one singular sake we ended up spending about 130 bucks.
Food was great! Service also great. lighting can be better or menus with a print you can see. Happy Hour is worth it and love the veganuary!

Overall solid restaurant - bit pricey for the quality of sushi but much more reasonable during Happy Hour - all-day on Sundays!
We really enjoyed our visit here. We had a cozy booth at the bar which has awesome vibes. Our server, Abbie, was so attentive and friendly. She even sent over a free appetizer when she heard it was our first time in. All our rolls were delicious. We will be back!

The services was absolutely fantastic! Our server was great! The manager was great and came over to chat for a bit. All the people delivering the food and drink we great! ...and best of all, all the food was super!
They have an entire menu of vegan sushi. If you prefer traditional sushi, their specialty rolls are incredible. Price in 2026 is about $17 per speciality roll. They have a full bar. The atmosphere is well suited for a night out with friends or a date. No dedicated parking, but there is an open paid lot (not garage) right across the street.
