Absolutely great! I got the palmigranite fruit tea with boba. Nice and cold. Friendly staff. Also, they have a bookshelf with some books and manga you can read while you enjoy the boba here.

We have been coming here for over 15 years and it's always a delight. The owners are friendly, the service is quick, and the food on point. I am always amazed at how tasty their simple crepes are - meat, cheese, veggies all in a soft yet crisp crepe. The royal black milk tea is my favorite but the fruit teas are also worth a tey. Do not sleep on this hidden gem and support a local business!
