I spent 59 dollars on pastries which were dry and they said it's fresh. Workers are not happy saying its the worst when they have to pick up the phone. Definitely not going there again

Prior to the Boca Javas new ownership in 2015. In 2007 during the surge of forces in Iraq. I was deployed and Boca Java kept sending boxes of coffee non stop. Month by month. Our company TOC (operation center) was drinking it up and buzzing along. Thank you guys for that.

UPDATE 2022:The onset of COVID in 2020 hurt many businesses. Boca Java reduced their Decaf selection in response. Since then the variety has remained limited. We still enjoy their coffee, but the still-limited selection is disappointing. We have reduced our rating by a star.I have been a monthly customer for many years, and they had some ups and downs with customer service and their app. However, in the last couple of years things seem to be working smoothly. I am a decaf drinker for health reasons and their selection is among the best. Fresh beans, timely delivery and excellent variety.

Nova Java coffee is SO FRESH! I love the fact that the freshly roast the coffee before sending it to you. It doesn’t taste bitter like canned coffee. I love the flavored coffee they have. The dark roast is amazing too!

I placed a personalized order for my company. When I received the order it was not presented like shown in the portal as the final product would look like. I reached out to customer service and made them aware what I had received and sent pictures as well. I got a fast response back, and to make it right, they went ahead and expedited and corrected my order on their behalf. Once I received the corrected products, all 50 personalized bags, I was very happy with the final product. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and took care of the issue in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my company.
