I’m really obsessed with this place! my girlfriend and I frequent this place often and I love trying new flavors each time. Melinda is also the best!! the sweetest person with the best nails ^•^

Great flavors and huge portions. We got the singing cinnamon, the triple chocolate and the cookies and cream. Nothing much to say but they were exactly what you picture and very tasty.

We went in today as we saw folks inside the store being served ice cream and we really wanted ours . But as soon as we stated ordering and staff was ready to take the order , the manager came and said they are closed . We requested that we be served at least one scoop since my wife started giving the order but manager kept repeating the same sentence like a robot. We told him that we are long time customers and since we saw them open and got inside and even got welcomed by staff , they should just serve us and then close the store . But the robotic manager was rude and laughed and we left the store without ice cream . While leaving I told him , as a small business , they need to have some heart and understand that the customer is already inside the store and in process of ordering when he stopped creating a dissatisfied longtime customer who really loved Bonnie Brae . But the service was so bad that we felt that the lovely store needs to have a mature manager who can handle such situations gracefully and need not be a robotic rude one .

I didn’t get the name of whoever scooped my ice cream, but he was super helpful and kind. After hearing I’ve never been to Denver, he had me try many of the flavors all of which were unique. Thank you for great service, and the ice cream is delicious 🍨

I'm a bit of an ice cream junkie and have tried places all over town (e.g. Little Man, Sweet Cow, et al). The best of all, IMHO, is Bonnie Brae. The ice cream is always delicious, there is a lot of variety and the staff is terrific (Diego, especially)!

Friendly nice! Helpful they have a train that goes around the whole store! The owner took us in the back and showed us around. They gave us free ice cream samples and made us feel welcome (; they also honor free ice cream chips you get at the library ect. Definitely will be coming back sinful cinnamon was my favorite flavor! Bonnie Brae Ice Cream is amazing. The rotation of flavors is always so surprising in the best of ways, the price isn't that bad either. The staff is so friendly. Just a wonderful place for friends and family to gather and enjoy the nice day with some ice cream. I ate four servings of ice-cream in one sitting once and the staff didn't bat an eye when I went up for seconds, which led to thirds. 10/10 with the music.

Yum AND wow! Excellent customer service. And WALTER was a vibe for sure! He was kind, awesome AND clearly understood the assignment. I had walked about 4 miles first time in an ice cream shop in Denver so I decided to treat myself. Literally stumbled across this great place with excellent customer service. In order to protect my stomach I decided to get a vegan vanilla ice cream. It was the BEST ever! If you’re looking for a place to hang out for a few moments with cool people. And the best ice cream ever this is your place!
And for whatever it’s worth everybody has like the best hair lol. But of course they have it pulled back far away from the ice cream.
