So great!!! We’re huge Odie B fans, so we were super excited to try Boombots. Both the red chili risotto and the stroganoff were amazing, and the service was 10/10. Everyone was so kind, everything looked beautiful, and it was surprisingly very affordable compared to other Denver spots given the quality and vibe of the restaurant Everything tasted super fresh, we’ll definitely be back!

Stellar vibe with tasty drinks and over the top flavors in their dishes all around. The dirty martini bucatini was the fave of our group, and the Big Ass Mozz Sticks are no joke. Whatever you do, don't skip dessert! Can't wait to go back.

We had an amazing time. It’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. The atmosphere was so inviting with dark wood booths and low ceilings. The oysters were super fresh and all of our pastas were unique and delicious.

Was really excited to try this place. Me and my girlfriend have been going to odie bs for years and were super stoked when we heard the same ownership opened boombots. We actually double dipped and went to odie bs for breakfast and then boombots for dinner.
It was super fire and it definitely had that same comfort food/satisfying feeling that odie bs does
We got the mozz sticks, martini buccatini and the everything beef stroganoff.
The mozz sticks were insane and I already know we will be seeing countless Tik toks about them. They are essentially homemade cheese eggrolls with the perfect balance of Italian spices and herbs. Truthfully the best mozerella sticks I've ever had. Maybe just serve the marinara sauce on the side hot, the cold sauce and hot cheese was a little off.
The pasta dishes were incredible with the pasta cooked perfectly and each dish hitting different notes of savory, rich, herbaceous, and slightly sweet.

Impressive food. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, creative and damn good. We sat at the bar in front of the friendly oyster shucker and received attentive service from the bartender. Cocktails were great. Atmosphere was cozy. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Truly one of the most incredible meals I’ve ever eaten! The ginormous mozzarella sticks are divine! The duck pasta was heaven and the apple tart with pecan ice cream was a surprise hit as well. Combine this with excellent service and I know why this place is quickly full. Come early or be prepared to wait because the secret is out about this awesome new restaurant!

Boombats Pasta Shop is such a vibe. The place has a super chill atmosphere with awesome decor and 90’s hip hop playing — the music was perfect and didn’t overpower the conversation.
The food? Outstanding. The roasted root veg salad was fresh with just the right kick. The short rib stroganoff cavatelli was pure comfort food perfection — rich, umami, and melt-in-your-mouth good. And the dirty martini bucatini? Next level. Creamy, briny, and that blue cheese punch takes it over the top.
Service was top-notch — you can tell they really care about what they’re doing. Already planning my next visit and bringing friends along. This spot’s a total winner.

What a wonderful date night! In the same vein as Dio Mio, Boombots provides a romantic, cozy environment and some killer food and drinks. From the pleasantly earthy and light butternut squash risotto to the briny and punchy martini buccatini the mains were uniquly delicious. The cocktails and mocktails were cleverly crafted and the desserts were absolutely worth it!
Individual portions are small so order apps to fill out a good meal. My only criticism I could conjure was the pastry for the dessert was a bit tough but the ice cream was to die for so I didn't notice much.
