the food and drinks are so good. super friendly service. all the owners are really nice and down to earth. the authentic new mexico cuisine is very much needed in denver metro. they have dark red chile, and green chile that is chile forward instead of being a chunks of pork gravy (colo style). all their enchiladas, burgers, burritos, are so tasty. their menu is pretty epic with chimichangas, chile cheese...
