A great tapas and drinks place! Denver, you need to visit now before it gets crazy crowded.
Really good food and friendly, attentive service. The broccolini, croquetas, and paella are stand-outs. The pulpo octopus is so tender and crispy at the same time. Is a good place for dates and for large groups.
The food was delicious! It was to the point where I wanted to meet the chef who made the food. I cannot wait to go back here. Our server was super attentive and the drinks were great as well. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars.
Delicious tapas portions are good, and amazing cocktails. Best paella I’ve had in the US.

Delicious! Have visited twice and really enjoyed the service and the food is tasty - the crispy cauliflower with romesco, charred broccolini with chili crisp and jamon, grilled octopus and seafood paella. Yum!

Great service and food. The patatas and scallops were particularly wonderful. It was a slow night and steve was nice and chatted with us at length about the meaning and history of botello!! Would definitely come back!!
