I show up at 8:45am and was told by Amanda the waitress that they don't have food. Then five minutes later she said they would have food but that she didn't know what time. Huh? Another five minutes goes by and she sets two menus down on my table and she says that they should have food in about 30-40 minutes. I'm so confused at this point, and her evasiveness is very unprofessional. She then asked me if I wanted something from the bar and I said I was going to wait for my friend to arrive at 10:00 am before ordering. She looked at her watch and said, "I can't allow you to sit here that long without ordering something from the bar." Super ridiculous, especially since there are only two other people here! With this kind of treatment I didn't want to stick around for the food and left after my $16.15 Bloody Mary.

Slow service, not enough people working. Nothing on tap, only canned or bottled. Do not go if you are in a hurry, that is for sure.

Your typical Macaroni and Cheese meal that you get. For food at the airport it is okay quality, chicken was a good mix, just an extra $2.5. For a Meal that is $10.50 you can't really expect too much. The server was very nice, polite and accomodating. overall good priced pub food.

Very rude, unpleasant and unpolite. The first time I was there the bartender was a guy and he was super nice, great customer service, but I went again today and there were two ladies very rude. The place was busy and they looked overwhelmed by how they treat the customers you can tell how much they hate their job. Horrible experience.

I hope the manager of this restaurant reads my review. I am a professional woman that came to Denver to attend a business conference as a guest speaker. Today I had the worst experience in a fast food restaurant. The place was full and only two tables that were placed together were available. The tables were not attached so I thought it makes sense to split the tables so other people can use the second table. Immediately, the waitress (older white woman) came to me and very upset told me not to move the furniture … I was surprised how she can’t see that makes sense to split them. So I stayed. It was bad to see how many single travelers like me were passing and decided to leave as there were not tables available. When I called the waitress again in a very rude tone told me, “I see you, I will be there”: I was ready to leave but I was tired and hungry. Then two men left the bar area so I decided to move all my stuff including my coffee to the bar so a bigger group can use my table. Then, the bartender came to me and asked me what I wanted to order and I said I am okay, and I pointed at the waitress. Then she said to me, oh no, that’s not my section, this is a different area. I am like yes but I moved here because I am by myself … and she kept saying yep that is not my area. I asked “so what, she is not going to bring my food here?” Another waiter brought my food and when he placed it on the bar, I had my laptop and the bartender tells me , you can’t have a lot space here, and she measures with her hands showing me the only space I am allow to eat and have my laptop. It was very humiliating, she made it look like she wanted me to put my food on top of my laptop. Nobody has treated me like this before in 23 years of traveling for business and working/eating at a restaurant. I tried to locate the manager but he/she/they was/were not there. They really need to work on their customer service, especially in an international airport. I am going to share this story during my presentation at this conference. Sorry I am not sorry. Bad very bad customer service!!! Run away from this place, especially if you want to work on your laptop.

An embarrassment for Colorado. No beers on tap and you call yourself a taphouse? Never enough people working.

Monday lunch about 11:30. No beer on tap despite the name of the restaurant. Only one waitress on duty in the front of house. $8 for 12 oz CAN of beer.

I often take the bus to and from the airport, but it doesn't come quite often enough. That means that I tend to end up needing somewhere to wait for the next one and this place works just fine. It can be crowded and therefore tough to find a seat at the bar. Also, that crowd means that service isn't always the fastest. It's not that bad though, just have a little patience and you'll be fine. Prices are as expected for an airport, meaning they are higher than you want. That's everywhere there, though. The only food I've tried is the tomato basil soup. It was just fine.Overall this place is just fine to pass some time. I'm glad it's there.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DONT EVEN GO EAT HERE! The server was so horrible! I asked for Dr. pepper and she stared into my soul and said "Mountain Dew". I then proceeded to ask for "root beer" again she stared into my soul and said "Mountain Dew". I just went with a flat Pepsi. I order a Caesar grilled chicken salad, and I got warm lettuce and cold chicken. And by chicken I mean four little strips of chicken. Probably prepackaged chicken. My friend ordered the tacos and she got again three strips of chicken in each taco and the tortillas were COLD, not even heated up.
