This is my favorite place to grab a quick healthy bowl during my lunch. My personal favorite is the KO bowl, grilled chicken, avo and some veg. I always make sure to get a side of cilantro pesto. It’s the perfect compliment. ‼️

Stopped by Avanti to grab a quick lunch and decided on bowls by ko. You can order a bowl off their menu, or you can do a build your own, which I am always a fan of to create a bowl to my liking and keep it healthier if I want. Reasonably priced, lots of gluten free, nut free, and vegan options as well.
The build your own was simple and delicious! Would recommend for a light meal between other things

Bowls by Ko is inside Avanti, a collective eatery with a fun and casual vibe. Where we live, there are not many dedicated gluten-free restaurant options for eating out, so my family was so excited to learn of this place when visiting Denver. And for you non-celiacs, don't worry, the food isn't any different than you would expect. Just great food prepared with high-quality ingredients. And, the two ladies cooking and serving were really kind and full of smiles. I was not sure about the dairy-free ranch (I am a ranch snob and make my own full-dairy version homemade), so I asked for a sample; it was happily provided and tasted great! My 10-year old daughter with celiac disease loved the Korean Beef Bowl and asked for a Pork Carnitas bowl to take on the plane home later today. I ordered a Korean Buffalo Chicken bowl (also for the plane) and it smells wonderful. So grateful for this safe-eating option! We will be back the next time we visit Denver!

We had a wonderful experience here! Everything is gluten free and so it’s celiac safe! The bowls were huge and big portions of food. We ordered the Carnitas and Korean beef bowls. Both were perfect ideas of their respective flavor profiles. The sweet potato fries were thick and covered with toppings. Overall we definitely will be returning! Thanks for offering a safe and tasty option.

I eat at this spot a lot. When I’m heading to my second job I always stop here to grab takeout. Bowls are delicious and usually prepared in 5 minutes or less. One of the few spots in the area where I think the price matches the quality and quantity of food.
