The food here was fresh and yummy and interesting! Choc chip cookies fantastic. Try the San Pelligrino in blood orange.

Went here for dinner last week with a friend. When I first arrived I let them know I was waiting for someone. She showed up a few minutes later. We then waited over 10 minutes for someone to seat us. All the seats outside were taken so we sat inside. There were a few other tables seated as well as people at the bar, so it was not super busy. The positives: The food was really good. I have been here for happy hour before, but had not got the chicken. We ordered a 1/2 chicken with Brussels sprouts, side of sweet potato fries and the couscous salad. It tasted great and we really enjoyed it. The negative: The service. Our server came to the table right away before we even had time to look at the menu. They came back a few minutes later and we ordered some drinks, but weren't ready to order food yet and asked for a little more time. Our drinks arrived quickly. After receiving our drinks our server never came back again to take our food order even though we told her we planned on ordering food. We waited 25 minutes and weren't having any luck flagging anyone down, so we ended having to go up to the bartender and ask for someone to take our food order. We ordered our food about 20 minutes before they closed. By the time we got our food it was 7:55pm and they close at 8:00pm. It was very apparent the staff wasn't super happy as they put the chairs on tables all around us. We felt pretty pressured to finish up and leave. I get that we were there after closing, but if they would have seated us when we arrived and taken our food order in a timely manner we would have been out of there before 8:00pm. I will probably be back for happy hour, but likely not for a sit down meals.

Many tasty options and a solid choice! Highly recommend the butternut squash salad it's our favorite! Mac and cheese is also delicious.

We arrived midafternoon on Monday. Everyone of the staff were delightful. My cocktail- the Old Fashion was spectacular- just what I needed! For our meal, I chose the bartender’s recommendation and it was delicious.

Finally got to try this place out. I work down the street and it is delicious! There were multiple items I wanted to try from breakfast foods like juevos rancheros to chicken and meatball sandwiches. I went with the meatball sandwich and it was so good! The service was fairly quick, the place was clean, and they have Gatorade in a can. Can't wait to go back!

My 8 yr old daughter (a picky gal) and her 4 yr old sister (who normally NEEDS ketchup for everything), both were elated to eat here (RARE) and ate all their food. This is a huge deal in our family, as we nearly always have at least one person still hungry, unhappy w the restaurant, or we have to stay in budget. Not tonight. We all got exactly what we wanted, completely full bellies, and didn't break $75 (insane). We will absolutely be back as soon as we can. My oldest keeps saying 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!

The Chicken Bahn Mi is insanely good. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Denver.

Be careful of the 5% well being charge and also be aware that they are stealing tips and paying lower wages to waitstaff. Rip

Nestled in the heart of a bustling metropolis, Brider emerges as a beacon of culinary innovation, a veritable oasis for the gastronomically adventurous. From the moment one steps into its warmly lit confines, there’s an unspoken promise of an epicurean journey unlike any other, a promise that, under the deft hands of its culinary team, is fulfilled beyond expectations.Brider, with its elegantly understated decor, whispers sophistication rather than shouts it, creating an atmosphere that is both inviting and exhilarating. The service, impeccable and intuitive, suggests a choreography so seamless that it enhances the dining experience without ever intruding upon it.The menu, a testament to the chef’s prowess, is a symphony of flavors where each dish tells a story, woven from the threads of locally sourced ingredients and global culinary traditions. It’s in this harmonious blend that Brider truly shines, offering a tapestry of tastes that are both familiar and revelatory.A standout, the smoked beet tartare, is a revelation—earthy and smoky, yet brightened with a citrus zest that dances on the palate. The sous-vide chicken, served with a side of charred Brussels sprouts, is a study in perfection; its skin, crisp and golden, gives way to meat that is succulent and tender, each bite a testament to the art of cooking. But to speak of Brider is not just to speak of its food; it’s to speak of its commitment to sustainability, its dedication to the craft, and its unwavering pursuit of excellence. This is a place where meals are not just eaten, but experienced, where each dish serves as a reminder of the joy that can be found in truly exceptional food.As the evening wanes and the last bites of dessert are savored—a delectable chocolate ganache tart that marries the richness of cocoa with the tang of sea salt—the realization dawns that Brider is not merely a restaurant. It is a destination, a place that, much like the finest dishes it serves, lingers long in the memory, beckoning for a return. In the world of culinary exploration, Brider stands as a lighthouse, guiding the way to what dining out can, and perhaps should, be.

BriDer is first and foremost a rotisserie, so their roasted chicken is obviously a go to. Their meatballs are also amazing and we love their French dip as well! Consistently high quality but a higher price tag comes along with it - be forewarned. But you do get what you pay for in the best way!

We dine here for lunch often and love the quality food, atmosphere and friendly staff. The meatballs, whether on a sandwich or with the polenta, are divine!

I was wandering around in Denver and hadn't eaten yet that day when i saw via yelp this place seemed good and it was happy hour! It was quiet inside because it was something like 4:30 on a Monday. I ordered 5 wings and 2 margaritas. both fantastic. for a pretty decent price happy hour or not. idk why it's hard to come across full wings in colorado? so was hype to see that right off the bat. and the sauce. i don't even know what it was it was sweet and tangy and has some peanuty goodness and i'm usually not a big savory peanut person! they sell it for pretty cheap too in bottles. i bought the hot sauce (so good) and i've been thinking about how i should've bought the sauce for a few weeks now. might just have to make it back to denver. the margaritas were nice too! not too sweet wasn't watered down or anything. Just a good drink:) all the staff was really nice. i think the ambiance has range too. i can see taking kids there, a lil group of teens, a not overly fancy date night spot, and i didn't feel weird being there alone. the rest of the menu also looked pretty good i was tempted but also knew what i wanted. good lil spot to grab a bite. i wasnt having the best day and this helped turn it around. i reccomend.
