Tuesday was the first time I had been to Brothers; I had never been there before! We sat at the bar which was medium busy! The girl hehind the bar was a disaster! She ignored us for quite sometime! The only reason we got service was because I asked another worker if we were supposed to the qr code to order. Then, when we wanted food we again had to ask another server who took our order and delivered! The thing that was most annoying is that the bar server was very casually going about her work as if her customers weren't the main part of her job!

Although it's a fun place to drink and eat, the service is terrible! My coworkers and I came to have a drink and some fun. It took 40 minutes for the waitress to come ask if we wanted water, which is ridiculous, and every time we ordered a drink or food and the waitress would obviously forget our order, she would blame the cook or bartender and tell us we need to be patient because everyone else was ordering...never taking accountability with a bad attitude. After we received our bill and tipped the waitress, she had the audacity to come back and ask us why we tipped her so little. and then became angry with us for revealing the truth to her! The service in this place is ridiculous.

We went Thursday night for the 2 for 1 drinks we were sat pretty quick, everyone around us was being served, we looked over the menu for a few minutes and not a single server stopped by greet themselves let alone ask for out drink order, 10 minutes went by and we just watch servers love their best lives and not even stop by. We kept looking around looking for someone to stop by our table and had no luck, 15 minutes went by and still nothing, at the 20 minute mark we stood up and walked out of the place. As we were leaving the host stand that original sat is down said thank you and wished us a good night. I had to let the host know that we waited over 20 minutes and not a single server stopped by. Their response was “ohhh no one stopped by?” They did not try to remedy the issue to get us to sit by down and get us service.
So this review is coming from Texas Roadhouse while eating some bread since they actually decided to serve us.

Came in for lunch with some friends and had Taylor as our server. She was so attentive and friendly. The vibes were good and the food was great! Will definitely be back.

This bar has really gone down hill. It smells like a dirty bar, the service sucks and staff seems to only cater to regulars. I'm assuming for tips. The food is average at best, and the drinks watered down & overpriced. I really wish mgmt would clean this place up, hire staff that appears professional and cares about there appearance. There's only a few bars left in Northfield, don't be the next to close!
