Food was mediocre at best. The server was nice, but had no clue about what was on the food, or beer menu. It's not good when you order a pilsner, are promptly told by the server that the establishment does not have a pilsner, and then I point to the pilsner on the menu.Her response was, "that one is very popular," without even a hint of irony. She really had no clue that she just said that specific beer was not sold at her job.I think we would have had a better experience sitting at the bar. Next time we're at the movies we'll try getting a beer at the bar. Definitely won't be eating.Parking: Giant lot at the Northfield complex.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. I'm pretty sure this is mandated by law now.

During my time (03/20/24) at Brothers Bar & Grill I felt very included and well appreciated by the servers ? Food was amazing conversations/greetings were great with Karen as well☺️ I definitely recommend coming here and I definitely will come again! ??☺️?

On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, and Thursday, April 4, 2024, I visited the aforementioned bar and grill. The service on Wednesday was satisfactory, with prompt attention and decent food quality. However, on Thursday, I encountered an unfortunate situation at the bar. Despite being a returning customer and having tipped the bartender, Lisa, I was disregarded for approximately 25 minutes. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering my consistent patronage and gratuity. While the sports bar itself may be appealing, the employees' conduct requires significant improvement in customer service, particularly when dealing with customers who demonstrate appreciation through tipping. I recommend seeking alternative establishments that prioritize professional and respectful treatment of their customers.

Lord this place sucks, can't even have a couple drinks at the bar cause all the girl bartender ignored us.. waited over 15 min until someone acknowledged us and thats only cuse the person next to us Called them out on it .

Melanie never checked on us after we got our food. We even waited 10 minutes after eating to get our check without seeing her at the table. Pretty sure you are supposed to check back with your table before they are ready to leave.
