They advertise on the website for holiday orders from Nov 1 to Jan 1. I placed an order for pickup on 12/25 because there’s nothing saying they are closed that day. I received a confirmation email for my order. After not hearing from the store, I called the day before and was told they “never see orders for days they are closed and have nothing to do with the website.” So I ask if I can place an order for 12/24, and I’m told no. The service here is stellar. Every time I drop by Luis is very personal and make me feel at home. Not to mention how fast they cook and the ribs, Mac n Cheese, baked beans are amazing.
Last night I had a great experience while picking up my food the team was pleasant, professional and, friendly. Liz gave me a few food options and recommendations which i appreciated! Definitely recommend to friends and family!
