I’ll try to give the manager some grace because it is Christmas Eve, but not only was my catering order NOT ready at the designated pick up time but he also did not give me everything I ordered in my catering order. I went to the house opened up my box and realized I had to go back, which made for a frustrating time because parking is tough there. I saw him working on his toaster so maybe that was causing him to be frazzled but definitely annoying. At least the food was DELICIOUS!

I come here every week and every time i do everyone is always very nice and kind. However, one girl who usually makes bagels is rude. The blond lady and the red head lady are so sweet and kind, but the bagel maker one with brown hair is so rude. i couldnt even believe it when i was getting my bagel. Never asked if i was ready to order, she just looked at me with a dirty look. I then ordered and she was very passive agressive. When i received my bagel there was no “have a nice...

I had a lunch of smoked salmon on a bagel. It’s a pretty classic choice and they did a good job with it. The coffee is pretty good as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
