Incredible experience! I would highly suggest doing the mixed beverage or wine pairing add-on. I personally felt this was the most memorable part because the drink for each course complimented the flavors of the food perfectly. One of the courses and cocktail pairings specifically felt like a hug for the soul - the Rye + Truffle with the Black Garlic Adonis. The level of thoughtfulness, passion, and creativity that went into this dining experience were palpable. Thank you!
I had high expectations for BRUTØ, particularly since its received a Michelin star, but the experience ultimately fell short. I found Brutø to be an exquisite and refreshing experience. While waiting to be seated we received bubblies as they were running a bit behind - nice touch. The dishes were creative, delicious, and overall I love the focus on sustainability!
