Great beer (we love finding Belgian beer spots!) Plus, you can’t beat a brewery that allows dogs inside for those rainy or hot days.

Great beer!!!! The IPA was outstanding, as was the quad. The Sour was very tarter but I would prefer a little more of the Blackberry fruit flavor.

Dog friendly and great service! Can't wait to goback!

No better place to get a Belgian style beer locally 🤘🍻. I'm extremely excited for the Belgian beer festival this year!!!

I thought about being mad at this place, but fortunately, I’m not allergic to beer—and that’s all they serve. They’ve absolutely nailed their concept so I can confirm: it’s fantastic. And you know what? I respect the hell out of the commitment. When I’ve asked if they’ll ever taint their pristine Belgian menu with wine or seltzer, I’ve always gotten a confident, majestic no (3+ times!) Can you believe that? I’m guessing they get asked that a lot and are tired of repeating themselves, but honestly, instead of caving to peer pressure, they listen to their patrons and double down on what they do best—making beer lovers like me feel like I’ve found my people. With their friendly staff and brilliant brews, there’s never a dull option. (I recommend Blucifer!) I’m always complimented on my impeccable beer choice!

These days, finding a brewery that hasn’t sold its soul to hard seltzer is like spotting a unicorn in the wild. Even the smallest, most trend chasing breweries have cracked the mystical code of liquor licensing and thrown a pity seltzer or other watered down “beverages” on the menu. But not Bruz! No, no, Bruz remains a shining beacon of beer purity, ensuring that anyone walking in expecting a White Claw is met with a polite but firm reality check!

So now, whenever my friends and I want to grab a drink, Bruz is always my first suggestion. When people ask me if they should try it, I tell them to stop wasting time and go immediately. I secretly hope it expands into an empire. I doubt it will, but one can dream! Also, they like dogs and let them inside! Who can be mad at that!

I want to like this place but I’m super allergic to beer and that’s literally all they serve, apart from a non-alcoholic kombucha. When I ask if they’ll ever add a wine or seltzer, I have always gotten a rude response (3+ times). I’m guessing they get asked that a lot and are tired of the question, but also don’t care to listen to their own patrons by supplying another option. These days, finding a brewery that doesn't at least sell hard seltzer is like finding a flip phone in the wild. Even the tiniest, most hole-in-the-wall breweries have cracked the mystical code of liquor licensing and managed to put something bubbly on the menu that won’t send people like me into an allergic meltdown. But not Bruz! No, no, Bruz remains steadfast in its commitment to making sure anyone who doesn’t drink beer feels like an absolute idiot for even stepping foot inside and expecting a single other option (as you can see in their reply). So basically whenever my friends and I want to drink somewhere, I make sure Bruz is never on the list. When people ask me about trying it, I tell them not to bother. I secretly hope it closes so a better bar can take the space. I doubt it will but one can hope!

The bartender with dirty blonde hair and glasses was surprisingly rude . I would not come back or refer friends to this establishment due to the lack of customer service and consideration.

My girlfriend and I visited Bruz for the first time recently and unfortunately it will be our last. Our experience was not very pleasant from the beginning. We walked in for the first time and clearly it was our first time being there. Didn't know where to order or what to order. I felt like it was obvious we were new. Bartender just stared at us and didn't offer any help or suggestions. When we decided what we want we were given a "what do you want" from the bartender. Well needles to say I thought about walking out then and there but I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe the bartender was having bad day and just taking it out on us like a child. We got out beers and took a seat out on the patio which was beautiful and pleasant. After awhile a women with her family began having a conversation with us and asked if we lived im the neighborhood. We explained we do not and that we lived in a neighboring neighborhood near by. Her mood and demeanor immediately changed towards us and she stop talking with us. After a litte while we noticed she began to go to other tables and talk with other parties and noticed that they would stare at us after her conversation with others. We overheard her telling people we were poor people. I began doing research and discovered that Bruz is located in a newer upscale neighborhood where the houses aren't anything less then $700K. And I put it together that the normal patrons of Bruz is people who live in the neighborhood and are well off financially. It's pretty much an upscale dive bar or a micro brew cult. When I initially walked in I felt a strange vibe and I discovered it within a couple hours.
Pretty much if your part of the working class and make less then $100K a year you will be looked down on a feel like an outsider.

Bruz blends the magical with the more magical what can I say the place is magical af . One beer and you're wisked away to the European alps like it's the floo network. The tenders de Bar Rachel Bryan and Brendan are world class and let's not forget #justincredible only seen him on Tuesday but he makes his presence known. Powerful. Relaxed. My only complaint is they close at 9pm but I'm 38 and single and from new orleans yall need to wake up. ?

Bartender was super friendly! Great atmosphere and decent drink selection. The food truck is a big plus. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key spot in a nice neighborhood.

I always have an incredible time as a regular here. I’ve been in the neighborhood for over a year and have so many amazing things to say about all staff and the community of regulars there. i do want to give a particular shout-out to Brendon, who’s new here and offered an exceptional service and environment and has been incredibly kind to my dog Bentley!
