I thought about being mad at this place, but fortunately, I’m not allergic to beer—and that’s all they serve. They’ve absolutely nailed their concept so I can confirm: it’s fantastic. And you know what? I respect the hell out of the commitment. When I’ve asked if they’ll ever taint their pristine Belgian menu with wine or seltzer, I’ve always gotten a confident, majestic no (3+ times!) Can you believe that? I’m guessing they get asked that a lot and are tired...
Bruz blends the magical with the more magical what can I say the place is magical af . One beer and you're wisked away to the European alps like it's the floo network. The tenders de Bar Rachel Bryan and Brendan are world class and let's not forget #justincredible only seen him on Tuesday but he makes his presence known. Powerful. Relaxed. My only complaint is they close at 9pm but I'm 38 and single and from new orleans yall need to wake up. ?
