Bruz on Fax? Man, what a soulless, antiseptic void they’ve conjured up there. It’s like they took all the thrill, chaos, and unpredictability that music venues are supposed to have, vacuum-sealed it, and left behind a shiny, dead-eyed shell. Sterile is the right word—it’s as if the owners picked up a how-to manual on making a place that looks cool for Instagram but kills any sense of adventure or joy in the real, gritty world.

I LOVE Belgian beers and have brewed them at home for over 2-decades. Certain Belgian flavors and aromas are difficult to get perfect due to temperature and yeast requirements, but their beers nailed every aspect of a perfect Belgian beer. Bruz! Where do I start?! The beer is insane. If you love Belgian beer, holy moly. This is the best in Denver!! Tim was our bartender on this fine Saturday night. He is the man! Banging some Barry White and old school hip hop, I will be back very soon. Trust me folks. This beer is top of the charts!
