I’ve been inside this place to order food about 5-6 times over the course of its existence and never once have I ever seen this place crowded or busy. The prices keep jumping each quarter and the quality isn’t anything above or below Chubby’s quality of food and an unmatched loyal customer base! Pregnant lady was rude with my family and I when asking for our kids burritos to be made correctly because they kept putting chili in burritos that a 6 and 7 year old were supposed to eat after complaining 3 times the pregnant lady started to argue with my wife and I about it they threatened to call the cops but refused to make the order right or refund us when leaving the food there. Horrible service from the pregnant lady they were being pathetic about the situation when it’s not too hard to fix two burritos for kids that never left their building. Won’t be supporting this location any longer! Pregnant lady and the old lady who’s the cook need some training on customer service! Spent about $50 to get this kind of service what a disgrace! And fyi the bathrooms that says out of order. It works perfectly fine. Won’t be going back

Worst place to get service! They can’t even make an order right even after 3 times of complaining about burritos that were supposed to just have beans and cheese the workers made it a big deal about remaking them the correct way for my kids to be able to eat refused to make them at first and refused to give me my money back. Threatened to call the cops on my family and I because I than got irate about them not fixing my order so my 6 and 7 year old could eat when I paid almost $50. The ladies wanted to keep arguing and telling me they called cops like if it was to scare me. I left my food there and my money I will be putting a claim with my bank and this place has lost a loyal customer. These ladies know nothing about customer service and how to take orders correctly. I was nice but lost it after the third time and when they wanted to continue to argue.

Then she didn't know I spoke Spanish and told the cook that I was crying for my change they gave me my order wrong and they were upset when I asked it be corrected. In the morning they have good service but when she's there it's horrible

I ordered a chili cheese fry for 9usd and they tell me after i get it that i cant get a refund and theirs no cheese left it was literally green chili frys absolutely disgusting and terrible service
Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese burritos are vegetarian and the chili cheese frys i believe they dont have pork as well as lettuce and tomato and pico di gayo and guac ,bean tostadas are also vegetarian

Very disappointed with very small breakfast burrito -dry with hardly any green chili. Used to love getting their breakfast burritos and always recommended to coworkers and friends but not anymore I agree with other customers about appearance of property. How hard is it to clean up around bldg and pick up trash?

This place was pretty good at one time, but not anymore. Very rude girl taking my order food was very mushy not fresh. Outside of build seems like a very shady area (lock your doors). Health Inspectors should definitely stop by. I'm sure they can find a dozen or so violations that could and should shut this establishment down.

The burrito itself was very small and it left me wanting to go get another one except the burrito was $13 and way over priced. Inflation is up but seriously ?! I'll keep driving next time I want a good smothered burrito.

Help‼️I placed an order with Bubba Chino at 810 Vallejo Street. It’s very misleading online and says it’s a drive-through, which it is not.My order was completely wrong and they refused to fix it. The girl at the counter was very rude and I paid $19 for a burrito that was not smothered as I had ordered.My experience was horrible, and the burrito was inedible because the chile was extremely salty.I should be reimbursed for what I had to go through…

Service was fast and friendly. Had the carne asada fries. Good portion of asada, chili was medium hot, fries were okay.Inside is dirty, place is in need of a floor to ceiling cleaning, sticky floors, tables and chairs look nasty, heavy dust on ceiling. Place was also very smoky inside.
