Had dinner with family there tonight. One of the worst meals I ever had.
Service was pretty good, location could be better, but the Main course disgustingly salt. Had the garlic Shrimps, which werde just salt and no other flavour possible to recognize. Unfortunately we werde very hungry, as we only had breakfast and then excited to have dinner at Bubba Gump, but their Chef should feel ashamed for what is preparing and quit work. Chopped garlic was already in, so why to put garlic salt, as the Manager told me, which I dont believe it was garlic salt but just salt????
Garlic bread smells and tastes like cheesy bread, no garlic taste at all.

To everybody eating there, check this next time.

I was in 5 different Bubba Gumps before, always very happy with the same dishes, but tonight was just a bad, expensive experience and the Restaurant Manager pretends that he tried everything and it fine.

Not to be recommended, this Restaurant should be closed as it is a shame for the name of Bubba Gump, unless the Manager and Chef would bei exchanged.

Considering how empty the restaurant looked our server took too long between table touches. He would take our drink order and then disappear for 10-15 minutes. What should have been a quick dinner took over an hour and a half.

The food was decent. I got the stuff shrimp which was tasty, but there was a ton of filling and it was hard to tell the shrimp were even there. It also comes with plain, unseasoned white rice and the dish isn’t saucy enough to have just plain rice.

Overall it was a mediocre experience. Next time I’m in the area I’ll find somewhere else to dine.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and some of our dishes were missing. Despite politely asking for refills and our missing food several times, we were completely ignored and forgotten. When we requested to speak with the manager, the server told us he was "too busy" to address our concerns. It was frustrating to deal with such poor service, especially when we were more than patient and understanding. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care about their customers, and it made what could’ve been an enjoyable meal incredibly disappointing. We won't be returning.

Absolute worst experience ever. The wait was extremely long even though we had reservations and they were not busy. The wait staff, especially John, were very disorganized which caused the food to be delayed. We waited for over an hour to be served and even at that there were multiple mistakes. I asked to talk to the manager only to get a reply that, “he was too busy”. After my persistence the manager finally stoped at our table to no avail. He was not helpful and offered absolutely no resolutions. The best part about this experience was walking out the door.

The difference between the Denver branch and the other locations is significant. While the Bubba Gump location in Destin, FL serves the Shrimp New Orleans dish with a delicious sauce and a piece of bread, both are missing in Denver - although the price remains the same. The sauce is essential to the dish; without it it is comparable to a pizza without cheese. Margaritas also have compromises: In Destin they're served in a glass with a salt rim, while in Denver they're served in a plastic cup without salt, and for the same price.

It appears as if the Denver branch is either run by an inadequately supervised private operator or there are significant deficiencies in compliance with franchise standards. Additionally, the empty frozen margarita machine in Denver runs constantly even though it is never used. Not only is this a waste of energy, it also gives the impression that there is no interest in proper operation.

In the attached picture you can see how the dish is usually served - unfortunately my version came without sauce.

One of the worst places to eat order food and drinks the food came out before the drinks and once we where done with food the drinks came out they said they had no bartender which was a lie and they served margaritas in a drinking glass water drinking glass.

Sean was awesome , and super helpful. As a manager myself I was highly impressed . He was short staffed and was in there cooking it up himself!

The time that we went was not busy. We sat in a booth with a tv that played Forest Gump. The decor was very Americana. Played ping pong while waiting for our food.

Kid-friendliness: Simple menu. Choice for most picky eaters. Entertaining playing I spy with all the decor.

Arrived at 6pm yesterday and nobody came to seat us. It appeared that there was only one sever, who ignored us. After hanging around the host stand for 20 minutes we just left.

The difference between the Denver location and the other locations is night and day. At Destin FL bubba gump location the shrimp New Orleans plate comes with the delicious sauce and a piece of bread. The sauce is what makes the dish. Without it, I couldn’t finish my rice as it was like eating a pizza without cheese. Unfortunately in Denver the plate is served without bread or sauce and the price is the same. Also the margaritas in Destin Fl come in a glass with salt rim and in Denver they come in a plastic cup without salt. Again same price. Not sure what’s going on here if this has been franchised out in Denver to private owner with no oversight. The empty frozen margarita machine came on and started spinning with nothing in it. The 3 times I visited the Denver location it never had anything in it and they never had frozen margaritas but for whatever reason they leave it on? At least save some electricity if you’re not going to ever fill or use the frozen margarita machine. Feels like they want to just ruin and fail the business asap. In the picture attached you can see how the dish should come. Then there’s my dish sauce less.

Wait staff was slow and almost non existant...took forever to get meals and by the time they came out it was all cold. Flavor was good however, but food was cold. Didn't even get utensils and when asked took forever to get.

Update....with the reply from the restaurant, there isba link to further give feedback. I can not click on the link to do anything. Would not recommend this location at this time!
