It appeared they only had 2 wait staff for the entire restaurant. After waiting 45 minutes for the food to come out, one of the meals did not arrive so we had one person go without eating. The food that did come out was cold. I am sure the waiter was doing his best with all the tables; however, it was not a good experience.

We attended a conference in Denver and had to check out this restaurant. Let me tell you.....Amazing experience, great service, and delicious food!! We enjoyed it so much, we went twice before leaving Denver. This is definitely a must-visit.

The restaurant was slammed on a weekday for lunch because of a trade show. staff was not adequate for the day because there wasn't even a host dedicated to seating people. After waiting 20 minutes, Despite my 1230 reservation, they started seating people for the 1245 reservation and other walk-ins before our party. I tried to shake it off because I really wanted to try the restaurant, but then the food got there and it was bland cold and the steak and grilled shrimp definitely had just been cooked in a microwave. incredibly overpriced, I have had better sea food at Red Robin. Definitely never going back.

the food was average at best. the bourbon sauce for the salmon was not good at all, it was a bit overpriced for how average it was. I probably won't return.

Staff seemed to be out of sorts. Host was not present at entrance, and somewhat overwhelmed with what their role was. Server was fine, however disappeared for extended periods during our visit. Waited for check over 15 minutes after we requested it. Food - was good, but we only had gumbo and hushpuppies. Drink- Lavaflow had no flavor, we notified our server and she gladly replaced. 2nd was no better. My observation, the staff seemed to be sparse and clueless. Their didn't seem to be anyone overseeing the operation. I'd encourage BGS manager outside this facility to check it out in the hopes it was a one time experience for us.

The waiter seemed overly frazzled. It took forever to just get water, two specific drink orders were prepared incorrectly, I was served a Long Island iced tea even though I ordered a Margarita. He forgot our calamari appetizer until after our entrees were served. We have to physically go to the bar to correct our drink orders, go to the kitchen to request more water. The chicken sandwich had little chicken and was very greasy. The calamari lacked flavor and was cold. Will not return.

Honestly, our experience was OK. We had a pre show dinner and chose Bubba Gumps based on past experiences. Food was OK-smaller portions with an average presentation. There was nothing exceptional to separate it from other casual restaurants. Sad because it used to be a fun place to visit.

We totally enjoyed our dinner at Bubba Gumps tonight. Nia was an excellent server- so on top of everything we needed and a pleasure to chat with- so personable! New items are starting to be added to the menu now that they have new ownership. We love the atmosphere- so comfortable. We really appreciated the Manager Cameron- he stopped by to check on how our meal went. He was truly interested in our experience and it was clear to us that he is proud to work at this restaurant. We will be back!
Over all it was a good dining experience. The food was OK, perhaps my expectations were set to high. We were seated on the upstairs level with a nice view of the street. The table across the room was loud and obnoxious!! The bartender and drinks were GREAT!

Service was very slow and restaurant was not crowded. It was so cold in there that diners had to wear coats. Food was gross. Tasteless. Tasted like frozen food. Too much mayo in sandwich. Overall awful experience. Had never been to one and will never go back.

The staff at Bubba Gump was amazing. Everyone was quick and very accommodating. That being said the food was horrible. The shrimp was over cooked and everything was overpriced.

Despite having reservations we were seated in the bar area where there was only one person tending bar and serving tables. Service was extremely slow. Food was decent. My son's silverware was dirty. An overall underwhelming and disappointing experience.
