We made a reservation and when we arrived, we were told it was going to be up to an hour wait. When we told him we had a reservation he replied with, "a reservation doesn't guarantee a seat, it only puts you on a list." We left without eating, and didnt return. The hostess was trying to get us seated, and had said it would be 5 minutes, but the man that was helping her told her it was not possible.

We had a reservation to eat at Bubba Gumps prior to a show at the Denver Center for the Performing arts. When we arrived, we were informed that we would have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated because they were short a server due to a mandated break. The host, who was great and really trying hard to accommodate all of the guests, suggested that we review the menu while we were waiting to we could order quickly when we were seated. The host finally tracked down an assistant manager to wait on us and we were seated about 25 minutes later than our reservation. When we ordered drinks, we were told that they couldn't serve soda or draft beer because of a CO2 issue. Our food was served quickly and accurately and was average quality. It seemed as though the staff was trying hard to work around issues with staffing and equipment and we appreciated their efforts.

Our group loves this place! We can't get enough! Nia was our server and she was amazing ! She might actually be why the world spins around or the sun rises.

This restart has been on our list for a long time. We were so excited to finally make it in. It was sadly dissapointing. Most of the staff seemed not happy to be there, I get it we're all human, and they were short staffed. The food tasted like it came out of the frozen section in a grocery store and popped in a deep fryer. Very bland and no flavor on the crab boil also. Highlight of the food was the spinach artichoke dip.

I had to find a anyone that was working to help me buy some merchandise. I went in 2x and didnt see anyone working for at least 10-15mins

I came today to take my boyfriend out to eat. I spent $25 for so I wouldn’t miss my reservation. We were sat at 7:05.

We didn’t get appetizers until 7:45-7:50. Drinks didn’t come until 8 and they close in an hour. We’re still waiting on entrees. The appetizers themselves were good but not excellent for the wait time. I watched a table wait for fifteen minutes before leaving because they weren’t tended to. Another woman had to chase one of the waiters down to be sat.

The food finally came at around 8:15. We weren't checked on at all. No refills on drinks. No asking for extras napkins or any sort of courtesy. It was an awful night.

Went in around 5 on a Tuesday, party of 2 & was seated immediately upon walking in. Ordered within the first 15 minutes and food came out fairly quickly as well (10-15 minutes later). Only 2-3 other tables of people aside from us and another lone patron was cursing loudly about it taking so long which wasn't our experience. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy & the top bun was either left out or toasted to a crisp, I couldn't even bite into it. The bottom bun was doused in mayo, I couldn't even eat that either so I just picked off the shrimp & ate the fries. The store didn't have much aside from shirts that didnt pique my interest. Our second time at this location & it seems to be going downhill.

One review at a time I've developed to become a highly regarded local guide but I am a big Seafood person I stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant. Although it currently sits at a 3.8 rating I decided to give it a shot. I noticed whoever the owner of this restaurant is they are not engaged with their customers they do not respond to majority of the feedback left good or bad doesn't matter if it's a one-star or anything in between up to a five star. They are really selective when they respond to a random one-off comment here and there. Upon my arrival I did have a long wait time and it was a Wednesday afternoon there was only three tables occupied and it looked like only one person was working I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes until someone finally acknowledged me and said someone will be right out. Someone came right out of the kitchen and sat me I don't know if it was it an actual employee or a cook because I never saw them again but they seated me and I decided to sit outside. The person serving my table was wonderful and she was very knowledgeable on stuff with the menu and even recommended items. I got the garlic bread and bang bang shrimp and my intentions were to get more food but by the time I had those two items I was full. Overall my bang bang shrimp was good and no complaints there. The garlic bread was also good, not bad. I honestly would give this restaurant in overall three but the only reason and I say only, again let me reiterate the only reason why I am giving you a four-star review is because my food specifically the Bang Bang Shrimp was really good and the garlic bread was not bad and the atmosphere overall. It was themed nice the weather was phenomenal outside and the music just created a vibe in atmosphere so I think that overshadows all the issues I had but overall I can see why other customers reviews are starting to Trend downwards in people are leaving one and two and even three stars as of recent

We tried to eat lunch here today with no luck - it was open but not busy, it is a holiday weekend. We waited for ~5 minutes and nobody was around like no customers or workers. Finally someone came out to clear the one dirty table and didn't even look at us. This should have been the sign to leave but we still waited and finally someone came out and just said 'we aren't busy' which we were like ok well you obviously don't want the business standing here so we left. I can't really review the food because we never got that far but the customer service was horrible
