First off it’s a SEAFOOD restaurant, so coming here I would order seafood! The atmosphere was very resemblance of the movie. My bf and I shared the shrimp haven basket, we’ve eaten a lot of shrimp baskets and that was one of the best we’ve had. If you are looking for a great seafood spot this is the place. For being a chain restaurant it does give vibes of a one off spot. Definitely will revisit if we come back to Denver again. Ps if you’re over 21 go to the bar upstairs.

Server spilt my ribs and bbq sauce on me and got rag for me and gone. Didn’t see again. Offered me a 20% discount on food that half I spilt on me. What a joke.

Staff morale seemed incredibly low. Everyone except AJ treated me and other diners that I observed like we were an inconvenience. As I was leaving and wanting to purchase some shirts and stickers from their gift shop, one employee treated me like he was happy to be of service & that was AJ. He should be promoted and modeled.

We were sat and waited for a one hour and a half and never received our food. We got two ice teas while we were waiting and when we told the server we were going to leave and we were going to another restaurant, we were still charged for the ice teas.

Restaurant was nice & clean. That’s the ONLY thing good I can say about my experience. Had to wait 1 hour to be seated (that wasn’t their fault) but after being seated is where it went downhill quickly. Wife got a 19.00 Salad with grilled chicken (couldn’t find the chicken there was so little of it…maybe 3 minuscule pieces with one slice of strawberry…all else just greens…again $19). I got a Shrimp Po Boy ($19.99) and the bread was toasted beyond belief. It was as hard as a piece of cement. When I attempted to close the sandwich the bread broke into many pieces. Tried to squeeze the bread and it disintegrated into powder in my hand. Waiter didn’t come back after first checking right after food touched the table. No refill of my drink (Coke at $3.75 too). I spent $45 for the worst meal that I can remember from a restaurant. Sonic serves better food. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Restraunt sold out of kids hamburgers. No one bothered to tell us this until after we ordered. Manager was rude and would not compensate for price difference.

A place that has a perfect setting of the movie Forrest Gump. When you arrive you have the option of sitting on the legendary bench where Forrest tells his story. When I arrived they assigned me a table and Ronald served me and I was very lucky that he served me because he has excellent service and I loved his recommendations, if I return I will order again for him. The food is very delicious and above all it has that homey touch. See you soon Bubba Gump Shrimp
