It sucks that there is no longer a Bubu on Larimer, but walking to the Granite Tower is a good walk from campus. The food is still very good, but calling the shrimp that is served “Tiger Shrimp” is misleading and wrong. Especially since you are charging $17.75 and $6.50 for extra. Please be up front about the food you are selling.

One of the best places in Denver for a quick and healthy lunch. Hits every time. Was a long-time customer at the Larimer Square location, since before COVID, and was bummed when it closed. But it’s so good that I still make the trek once a week to Granite Tower. Worth every step and every penny. The staff is great too! Always welcoming, they greet me by name!

This place is an amazing gem located in the heart of Denver's Granite Tower. Not only is the food fast, fresh, and delicious every time, but the crew behind the magic are wonderfully kind people and are always happy to treat their patrons like each and every one matters. A special shout-out to Dan for being the great orchestrator keeping the magic alive. This place is worth multiple visits. Still loving going through the menu items. The OG Colorado with steak is superb. Love that house dressing. Also get the Aloha poke bowl. That one is top notch.Thank you Dan, Bryce, and the rest of the Bubu crew. Keep up the phenomenal effort you put in every single day.

A great selection of options for whatever you are in the mood for regardless of dietary restrictions. This location is right by my work making it easy and convenient for me to grab a quick bite. My only complaint is they can become easily backed-up due to online orders and with this location being quite popular, they also have customers waiting in line. They have a ton of options, but all of the items are cold, so keep that in mind when ordering your protein, as I think most people don’t expect cold chicken or steak with their bowl, but it isn’t really an issue it just doesn’t seem common for places like this to have cold protein when everything else is cold but it makes sense. It would be difficult due to the small kitchen area to be able to serve the protein warm. Other than that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to take time out of their day to answer any questions you might have or give their opinion on a certain combination you might be curious to try. The bowl overall is delicious, while I was skeptical at first I’ll admit that it really is great and fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to incorporate a healthy lunch into their diet. Delicious!
