They took a full hour to bring me my food, and I’m very upset bc the fries arrived cold. The person who attended me at the counter Sofia, kept telling me to wait, which only increased my frustration considering how long I had already been waiting. After all that time, receiving my order cold is completely unacceptable

After arriving home with boneless wings instead of bone in and calling in, was told if I returned to the restaurant they would remake my order...If I had another hour or better to spare to return to the restaurant, wait for the new order and return home...I wouldn't have ordered to go!!!

I grew up my whole life thinking buffalo wild wings is trash because of this location. Ive lived in park hill for 24 years and not once has it given me good quality food. The wings are always old and hard to chew, they dont put much sauce on the wings. They just add a couple of drops of the sauce 😂. The fries arent seasoned. I think the owner/ management is trying to save money by not serving complete food. Stingy restaurant, dirty, nasty. Go to any other buffalo wild wings and you will have a better experience

Terrible service. We arrived looking for a booth for my elderly father-in-law, and the man at the entrance, with a very arrogant attitude, told us it wasn't possible, even though there were other spaces available. We asked him to please give us one of the ten free spaces, and he again refused. He said he could only give us a poorly located spot where we didn't want it, and my father-in-law wouldn't be comfortable. We definitely didn't stay and we won't be back.

I'm not sure if it's just this location, but it seems like Buffalo Wild Wings in general has gone downhill. I had my free free six wings for my birthday gift, and I got the parmesan garlic. They were very skimpy, overcooked, and very dry. Also, they used to give you up to two dressings or carrots and celery for free, but I just now realized that they charge a buck each for everything. I would never actually pay for wings from this establishment.

Service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant in Denver. Made me wait over an hour for my food. The employees don’t have a clue what’s going on and the one person who actually decided the help me in the entire hour I was there forgot the name on the order 4 separate times and was clearly very high and clueless. Do not eat here

I visited this place earlier this week and this was my second time coming here just because it’s convenient for my friend to meet me here. The first time I came and ordered a drink at the dirty bar top my glass had so much visible dirt and I just asked politely for a plastic cup .
Today I came back to wait for my friend and decided to try their happy hour again. The bartender refused to give me my drink in a plastic cup after I told her the problem I had the last time….. Then proceeded to bring me the water and lemon I requested with a strawberry hanging off the cup… With a pile of dirty cups at the bar.
Was told 20 minutes for a take out order. After arriving at the location, my wife waited another 30 minutes for our order. The wings were overcooked, dry, and tough. Avoid this restaurant!

Would recommend going to a different location. Serving 101, get seated, order drinks, food, and bring out utensils. Have waited for over 30minutes for a drink after ordered and asked three different people. Food came out, and had to ask for utensils another three times. By the time that came around, food was cold! Service sucks and wouldn’t recommend.
