Manager Jaxx, Nina and Sandy were all great with providing 5 star customer service today. I will recommend this location to dine at!!
First off I just wanna say do not order ahead of time when you order ahead of time it’s not accurate to when they’ll have your order ready. I was standing for about 30 minutes past the time they gave me that my order was ready. Everybody else was getting their order except mine no point of placing online orders also the workers were very rude and they were rarely checking on my order. Wings were also super dry. I just don’t understand how Buffalo wild wings is still around with the way they manage things.
Order was made right . Gabriel made sure it was good.
Had a great time here Jaxx was super awesome she was our server. I really appreciated her service and I will come back.
A crying waitress, very hectic and stressful vibes in there, but geez, thanks for the generous amount of sauce!

Atention very poor
Place was less than 1/4 full. No greeting. Host/hostess bogged down on the phone with no help. Observed several other staff members casually/slowly walking around basically doing nothing. No one else even glanced toward the door. Stood there for a few then flagged down a waitress who obviously didn't want to seat me. She said I had to sit at the bar or wait for the hostess to get off the phone. Ive been to BWW enough to know how long that phone call would inevitably take. Walked out because this is super common at BWW in the Denver metro area (and Im finally sick of it and taking a stand I guess). Been awhile since I've walked out (FL Steak n' Shake chains I'm looking at you). Service is almost guaranteed to be lackluster unless you get a good bartender. Food is usually decent but good luck having an enjoyable experience otherwise. I can catch a game at any other sports bar in town and get better service. These chains are poorly run and I doubt I'll be back any time soon. If management isn't visible when you walk in to one of these do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else because the majority of the staff just doesnt care and probably doesnt want to be there. I know... what did I expect right? Unsurprising.

Order was supposed to be ready in 30 min. Waited 20 min outside the restaurant was told it’d be ready in 5 min when I got there waited an hour inside. I went across the street to my hotel which was like 2-3 min. The food was ALL OVER the bag wings outside of the boxes. How hard is it to bag the food without it spilling? The whole lobby was filled with people waiting for their pickup orders. The bald girl was very disrespectful kept telling everyone 5 min on their to go food that took over 30 min
My service was on point last night. I did have to wait 30 mins for a table. But I'm from out of town so it was no problem. My kids were HUNGRY. The food came out quickly to my surprise. The manager took time to speak with me and came back to make sure our meal was good. Also my server was great. We watched the Super Bowl and the half time show was lit. 🔥

I am a mute individual doing door dash, trying to make ends meet. I should not be standing there 20-30 minutes for my order, that's ready, when others coming in after me are getting their orders in 5 minutes or less. Jesús was the one giving out orders, and the main one I interacted with. So either he forgot I was there because I can't speak, or he purposely ignored me. This is unacceptable behavior from any establishment. I had another customer order waiting already. We all have bills to pay. Now I'm losing an hour of pay because your employee wasted my time. This happens almost every time I pick up at this location, if they even have the order to begin with. Sometimes they don't even know about the order. There's also times they'll procrastinate telling me they don't have it, which also wastes my time.
