Without realizing it, I'd been driving by Bug and Belle just about every day. Yesterday I made it a point to come in. The sign is small and discrete and I almost walked by it. The space is small but soo cute! Fresh pastries were being made while I selected my order and the whole space smelled like a warm hug. I decided to have the green olive and cheese roll which was so good I ate the whole thing but really could have served two people. I bought my husband a blueberry muffin which was also enormous. Warmed up with a little butter and he was a happy man. For the dessert side of the purchase we sampled a salted chocolate chip cookie and a peanut butter Krispie treat topped with dark chocolate. Both are comfort items and both were really good representations of there respective dessert category. Servjce was fast and friendly!

Delicious food and cute bakery. We tried their chocolate chip cookie, brownie, and their gf m&m cookie - all outstanding. We also had one carrot and apple muffin - was solid but not as good as their baked "dessert" goods. The service is top notch. Very cute, homey vibe with limited seating. Good place to do work since it is quiet.

I had the quiche, it was delicious. I love the seasoning on the eggs. Sweets looked good too, but I didn't try any. They were pretty picked over by the time I got there, always a good sign. I love the chalkboard menu board, very creative & fun. No espresso here, always find it strange when a bakery doesn't invest in an espresso machine, such an easy way to double the revenue of each order. However there are many coffee shops nearby & even next door to grab your morning latte. Decor is a bit grandma like, not my style, but seems to the going style for breakfast places these days with Sassafras & Reverly Kitchen also taking on the grandma feel. Food 5 stars, decor & drink options 3 stars.

Holy hand pies Batman! My husband and I tried to get breakfast at Bug & Belle the last time we went to The Highlands Farmers Market and unfortunately they were sold out of pretty much everything but some cookies. So this time around I made sure to go early. Wow, was it worth it! I tried the ham, egg, and cheese hand pie and it was fantastic! The puff pastry crust was the perfect flaky, buttery crust. And they packed it full with egg, cheese, and ham! My only negative on it is I wish it would have had shaved ham instead of chunks of ham since I seemed to get big sections of just ham and not the whole perfect bite of all the filling. I also tried their cold brew coffee. It was spot on! I can't wait to come back and try some more of their delicious bakery items.

I absolutely love this addition to Highland Square neighborhood! I stopped by today for the first time and enjoyed a Savory Roll! The roll of the day was Cheese & Curry! So good! It took everything for me to avoid the yummy looking brownies, but I'll definitely be back! The interiors are adorable! Quaint wall paper with a fun magnetic board with kiddo letters as the menu! Love this place!

Delicious food and kind staff. Blueberry and banana muffins were some of the best I've ever had. Great cold brew with coffee ice cubes (love that touch).

Absolutely adore this bakery. Every item I have tried here has blown me away. Get here early because some of the best items sell out fast. And don't get me started on that amazing cinnamon roll.

This is for sure my favorite coffee shop on 32nd street. It is BEYOND cute and the couple that runs it are really nice. If you like succulents and trendy wallpaper, look no further! It's small, but not crowded. The outdoor seating is good too. I recommend the fruit crumble!! They also have samples out most of the time, so don't just take my word for it, try out their baked goods for yourself!

I've tried a lemon strawberry muffin, the cinnamon roll on weekends, quiche and the ham and cheese roll. The rolls are nice if you prefer a savory breakfast. One roll is plenty big and satisfying. Nice chewy texture with crispy cheese and ham. The lemon strawberry muffin was delicious. I prefer a dense muffin and this one was a nice mixture of dense and light. The lemon was a beautiful flavor with tart fresh strawberries. The muffin was perfectly sweet without being overbearingly sweet like many muffins out there tend to be. The cinnamon roll was perfect. I really enjoyed the frosting. Hopefully they can add the frosting to some of their other baked items such as the muffins. Quiche was really nice seasoning with Asparagus, fontina and ham. Lee delicious only suggestion would be to have a heavier crust as it was very delicious. Finally a nice bakery that's in the 'hood, Highlands!
