I ordered my food at 1:45 p.m. on Friday February 7th and Man I'm so glad I went to Burger King for lunch food is popping hot. Order two double cheeseburgers no ketchup with extra pickles extra mustard and a diet cherry Dr pepper. Man they made those two sandwiches perfect. You won't get that at McDonald's there on Washington and 58th. Thank you to employees that made this happen you're definitely going places.

I attempted to place an order for just one item, repeating myself three times. Despite this, the lady taking the order asked what I wanted to drink after I clearly stated that I only wanted a sandwich. After providing my rewards code, she repeated the order back to me, including a sandwich and some type of toast. Once again, I clarified that I only need a sandwich no toast. She then raised her voice and exhibited a horrible attitude. At that point, I informed her that I no longer needed anything from her and mentioned her poor attitude. She managed to say "have a good day" somewhere in the interaction. I hope she has a better day and works on her attitude and customer service skills, as she was not polite and needs to pay more attention to orders.

Order was through Uber. Soda was not delivered. Driver states. Asked for Drink. State women who gave him order. Stated very rudely. The order did not come with a drink. Was very rude and snapped at Uber Driver. I called This BurgerKing Location would not answer phone. I called 3 times. I did leave a message. This Location has always made mistakes. Are very very rude. Will not accept making mistakes. Will not compensate customers. Corporate Office needs to give them a visit. Also a refresher in training and attitudes!!
