I just now purchased a Big Fish Sandwich on my way home. After opening the sandwich, it was obvious the ingredients had been sitting out somewhere getting old. The fish itself was cold, the lettuce was slimy, and the even the bun was completely stale. It wouldn't even stay intact but crumbled in my hand. The owner should be ashamed for allowing that to be served. What a joke of a place. I'll never go back there and I'd suggest you don't either.

Went today nov 7th at 7:30 lady at the kiosk was very rude . If you don’t like your job then why do you have it . Absurdly rude. And when I got to the window different employee was on her phone and very un welcoming as well. One had like silver hair. The other was a larger women . I come here often and for many years ! Wow just wow. Also missing a fry that I payed for .

While in the drive thru, we were listening to a full blown argument. I would imagine it was a Burger King employee, who was yelling at a itate man, yelling back at her.
While waiting, I remembered why I don't shop or even stop in the area. Your in District 4, your in the hood. After getting my original chicken sandwich and taking a couple bites and getting the worst part of the lettuce(the core). I threw it back in the bag and was done.
Don't waisted or time or money!!

I ordered two jr whoppers w cheese and got two cheeseburgers. When I went back in the drive through with my receipt in hand (after already waiting for a car ahead of me who also had a bad interaction) I show this big kid that my order was incorrect and that I ordered a whopper w cheese. He doesn’t even take the receipt or my food but instead asks me “isn’t that a whopper jr in your hands?” As I proceed to tell him no & flip the top bun off my incorrect sandwich. The lady then intervenes and remade my whole order. That kid should not work in the food industry or in customer service if you’re gonna have that attitude

By far the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Customer service was terrible, the food was wrong and tasted awful. The employee can’t even speak English. There are roaches, spiders, and the bathrooms are even worse. The woman who helped me was rude, annoying, and over charged me about 10 dollars. Never go here.
