At around 01:50 I went to get a burger and barely pulled into the drive through and through the intercom the woman on the other side asked us to order and I asked to give a minute as I was still looking. Again the woman insisted and asked again "what would you want?" As if rushing. After ordering I got my food fast, then asked for barbecue and the woman rolled her eyes and gave attitude like a little kid. but later came to realize that the food was cold AND THE WRONG ORDER. If I could give less than one star I would. Save your money and go somewhere better! :)

After ordering my food, I watched one of the employees grab French fries off the counter and throw them back into the French frie bin. The person working the driver through started making my order, I asked the manager for fresh fries, the girl continued to say that they are fresh. At this time I told the manager what I have seen about one employee throw the Fries on the counter back into the frie bin, the girl working the driver through rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager gave me fresh fries but didn't throw out the Contaminated fries just scooped them aside while I was watching..

Had second thoughts about coming to this location but it's closest to home. The cashier opened the window and stared into my face as if she couldn't figure out why I was there. She incoherently repeated my order back to me like she never heard the items before, then another employee took my card to pay. I waited at the window for my food longer than it took me to drive the and back, combined.
Cut me off as I was ordering, when I tried to tell the person at the window they closed the window on me and they ran out of fries but didn’t tell any of the customers and charged us.

Went in to order they left me there for 5 minutes just standing there, then the cashier didn’t even speak English, i don’t speak Spanish so I just said thanks and walked out.

spent 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru (after sitting at the ordering spot for 5 minutes) because they were too lazy to clean the ice cream machine meaning I couldn't get a milkshake or a cone and there's no way of leaving the drive thru once you're in it

This Burger King has been under horrible management with an awful staff for almost 2 years now. I am always disappointed. I always managed to get the wrong order or they neglect something. Absolutely awful Burger King needs a lot of help!!!!

I have been going here since I started working nearby every morning for a breakfast sandwich and some hashbrowns. Every time I’m sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes waiting on customer service and then I when I get my food the car the food is called the hashbrowns are crispy to where you can’t even eat them and they’re all stuck together horrible, horrible service the place looks dirty. The window on the outside of the drive-through is freaking filthy. I will never eat here again.trash
