Customer service is very horrible, place is filthy when I was asked about a table being cleaned they showed me the sanitized bucket and told me to clean it myself. Fountain machine was out of syrup. Asked the cashier if she could replace the syrup and she said it tastes fine. Not a very welcoming atmosphere and customer service would not recommend going #McDonald's is cheaper
I went to get a cheeseburger and a medium Coke. They have two drive- Through menu screens at this location. The car in front of me ordered so I pulled up and the Associate on the microphone told me to give her a moment so I was patiently waiting for like 15 to 20 minutes before I realize the line next to me was getting taken care of even though they had just pulled up. I spoke in the speaker and no one answered me or gave me any type of service. I pulled up to the window After Another 15 minute wait because of all the people that they took care of before me that weren’t there before me-and they thought that I was somebody else. They finally proceeded to take my order and allowed me to pay. The girl kept telling me to raise my voice. She couldn’t hear me. It was kind of being disrespectful, but I was still being very nice as soon as she handed me my food I went to ask her for some barbecue sauce for my burger and she just shut the window so I waited another five minutes out the window waiting for her to come back eventually had to honk my horn so I could get her attention to get me some barbecue sauce. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King in my entire life and I have done over 5000 DoorDash deliveries 📦 so trust me this experience was horrible. They should’ve gave me the Coke for free. I would’ve paid for the burger as compensation or something to make sure that I was taking care of but this location is garbage. I will never eat here again . Something’s wrong with management or the employees or the work ethic I’m not sure what the problem is, but this place is trash 🗑️

This is the second Burger King I've been to in 2 weeks. This location is definitely more bustling than the other one. This is probably due to their new Whopper promotion going on, which is a pretty awesome deal. However, I'm not a big fan of this location. To start off with, you enter a restaurant where the music is louder than the cashier speaking. They can definitely take it down several notches. There was also the sense that the dining area could use a good, thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Lastly the soda machine needs some maintenance because my soda came out 80% carbonated water and only 20% soda flavoring. No bueno.
On the plus side, my Whopper came out delicious. Fries were soggy-ish. Nuggets were fine. Overall, I would come for the burger and that's it. But I'll see if I can go to a better location next time.
