If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Totally got my order wrong, added items I didn't order. The person taking my order was unfamiliar with the menu. Told me that a king jr meal was not on the menu. Will not being going to this Burger King again.

So I go and order a Oreo milkshake in the Drive-Thru wind up waiting like 10-15 minutes and I get up to the window and they say that they make their milkshake machine is broken and I can't and gave me no compensation for anything make me wait

I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal the number 6 plus an 8ct buffalo nugget. The crispy sandwich was disgusting the chicken taste old it was a very poor quality the Buffalo nuggets were soggy drenched in old oil unappetizing.

Tried to stop in and order food around 8:30 PM and the dining room was already locked up. Weird for them to close so early. I'd expect 10 or 11 PM for it to close, not 8:30 PM. Since I don't have a vehicle, I didn't want to try the drive thru because I didn't know if they'd allow me to order at all.

Says opens up at 6:30 a.m. that is a lie who went there for 3 days in a row not open and when they are open they don't open the lobby kind of sad because I like to go Burger King for the breakfast this needs to be fixed in a dressed I will go to another Burger King for now

Not a good experience took forever to get my food and while setting in the lobby all I could hear next to me also in the lobby was the district manager yelling screaming at the general manager about numbers and all the while it took 15 minutes to gety food neither the manager or the district manager offered to help the people working while they are behind and the district manager is so unprofessional that the owner should reevaluate his position so unprofessional
