I oldered a plain hamburger and one with cheese they gave me 1 with cheese and the other 1 is normal with lattice tomatoes which is insane crazy they don't listen.
The crazy part i asked them again and again did I get the right food they keep saying yes. Poor service . No more burger king

Ive gone here twice with one weird situation and one impossible one. The first I had gone about midnight and this guy at the window said it would take a moment cuz he was counting the drawer. I said that was fine and started waiting. It took not 5 not 10 but close to 30 min. Before he came back and they gave me stink eye on the way out. Then tonight I swear it was the same guy and as I was driving home my stomach started to growl and awful amount. I got a block from home and I realized I needed to hit the bathroom fast. I was eating my burger and drinking my drink to stay awake and I felt perfectly fine before I started eating. I have reason to believe whoever works there had put a laxative in my food and or drink. This is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to whoever I can tomorrow to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone els!

Yeah, I’m sorry but I’m starting to have way too many problems with this restaurant. I woke up not feeling good, and after Mary had offered to make things right from previous errors, and after saying I wanted unsweetened tea 3x, served me a sweet tea. Gross. 🤢 I really can’t go here without looking at every item before I leave. After multiple calls with no answer I no longer trust them to make this right. Thanks for nothing

Ordered on DoorDash. First time, nothing on the burger. Just a patty and bun. Got it resolved through DoorDash and they helped reorder, making sure I selected the toppings. New order comes and sure enough, another burger with nothing on it. Inedible. Really don’t expect much with fast food but that’s ridiculous.

I love the fact that they are able to make fresh hamburgers.Considering the fact that a lot of locations at burger king, don't I love the fact that they give my son a different toy that he could choose as long as I paid for it.Which makes it the most best location at all for your child and for my son as well.And for me, because i'm a burger king lover as well

I did not get what I ordered my wife’s food 100% wrong the recipe indicates what it was supposed to be but the employee had something else in mind the manager was on his phone as well as the guy taking the orders the whole time I was waiting for my meal what kind of customer service is that? Do better $40 order And BK Disappointed Is Very Poor customer service! Will not be coming back to this location!

Stopped Here For A Quick Bite For Dinner The Two Employees Tonight Were On Their Cell Phones The While Time And Messed Up My Order I Dislike Tomatoes So Ordered My Birger With No Tomato And No Lettuce But Wanted Onions And This Is What I Got A Birger With No Onion But They Added Lettuce and Tomato Then I Had To Return My Drink And Ask For More Ice Due To Them Putting Like 2 Ice Cubes Originally, I Understand We Are Human And Make Mistakes But When A Customer is present I Suggest you stay off your phones and pay attention to my $40 order. Then I attempted to call twice and had to leave a message hoping I get a call back! I would give -10 stars if it was an option!

Apparently, all the frozen drink machines in Denver are broken. People don't want to work and lie about things being unavailable, then don't want to offer a refund. No, I don't want a coffee or pop, I want a strawberry icee or refund.
