The worst restaurant, the treatment of the employees today at 12:30 in the afternoon was the worst, total rudeness on the part of those foul-mouthed employees, lack of respect, they make people wait on purpose and you cannot say anything to them because at once They start with a lack of respect, not even the manager came out

Went at 6:25 AM when all there signs say there open, go through drive through no one answers, go to front lobby where there also supposed to be open and there’s a lady with a headset on and it’s on because I can see the lights. Go through drive through again and she ignores us. There is no Easter hours posted anywhere so if there regular hours. I wouldn’t be as mad if they weren’t ready she went on the speaker and said we aren’t opening on time today due to tardiness.

The food here is consistently horrible ANY time of day and any day of the week. Each time I've ordered the staff is super rude as well. Trash staff and trash food.....needs major improvement!My most recent experience included a oddly shaped piece of "chicken breast" on the Royal Wrap. I ordered a spicy one and it was absolutely terrible. The sauce was non existent. I ordered a large onion rings and they tasted under cooked, like dough....no onion taste at all. The JR whooper is now just a cheese burger with extra condiments way over priced, forget ordering tomato, it is old and soggy EV ER Y TIME! Just order a cheese burger and add the other ingredients (it's cheaper) !!!The cheese burgers I ordered for my kid were the only thing worth eating but also, were just tossed together and limited or TOO many condiments. WHERE is the consistency?? It has been like this for years and each time I give it a chance it is HORRIBLE. Go to Viva Burrito up the street. You'll get bad service but at least good food. Wish I had.

Absolute garbage POS does not work with Apple pay, better bring your wallet otherwise the garbage that they use won't be able to take your payment.

I was waiting to use the restroom when a male employee came out of the restroom and walked into the food prep area. Once inside the RR, I realized he had just urinated on the side of the toilet. The urine was running toward a drain in the floor. It was unmistakable. I'm not squeamish but this was disrespectful to the public and his co-workers.The girl taking orders, said there wasn't a manager present. The time was approximately 4:00 pm. 10/22/2023.
