These whoppers we got don’t look like whoppers at all more like cheese burgers the patties smaller than the bread so you’re eating more bread than beef.

Rude to customers. They always close there dining room early by 2-3 hours. They dont abide by the things they promote.

The heavy woman working the drive through is the worst. Everytime you pull up to the speaker she makes you wait even if there is no one in the drive thru or in the lobby.
Who ever is working right now needs to be trained me and my daughter were completely ignored like if they only care for drive thru orders gossip around laughing at their conversations the saw us couple of time and turned back to their gossip I could tell this employees are not clean non of them were covering their hair
Food is always fresh with my experience,and tastes good.

To who ever is on the drive through right now she doesn't have to be rude I'm paying for my order I didn't get it for free they need to get trained because apparently they don't know how to be nice to people I had to go back to get the sauce and then she spoke Spanish saying what did she forget with attitude so I said ketchup and honey mustard then she's like well you didn't ask for it well I said you are the one supposed to ask and instead they send to the other side of the parking lot when they're not even busy
It was 9 pm and they didn't let me go in to buy and they were selling

I get that it’s close to closing time but when people order they should read the order back. We ordered two burgers and a fry and only got a burger then when we told hopefully not the manager she told us we were wrong then wanted to correct it by making us pay for another meal that we did not. Customer service is poor

Terrible customer service
John the manager is great!! Always helpful and caring! They were out of onions and asked if they could put a couple onion rings on my whopper instead. He had no problem doing that. Thank you John!

I had to ask while in the drive thru if the buns were really purple..The worker just as serious as can be no young lady at the optical illusion.. Everyone in car was dying in laughter ..I tried to tip and he refused ..One the greatest drive thru experiences ever .
