We went through the drive thru tonight at 7:45 only to be told you can no longer customize a whopper!! Not even add cheese! Isn't Burger King have it your way. Lady at the window was seriously rude and we ended up leaving with no food and went to a different location. Dumbest thing I have ever heard especially when I can go on to the mobile ordering and magically can customize how ever I would like!! Stop being lazy and do better!!!

Absolutely no help with the app. I ordered a drink to the wrong location and they wouldn’t even try to help. I’ve seen these same people give beggars a drink. I am a paying customer and was basically ignored. Terrible customer service all around.

So I have always came to this location and never had any problems until this morning. What appeared to be the manager would not let me use the restroom until I ordered something. I had to use the restroom so bad! I came in, asked to use the restroom, was told I had to order something to which I replied I am. She then proceeded to make me wait just to make me order before I was allowed to use the restroom! I will never come to this location because of how rude and inconsiderate she was all the way around. She didn’t greet, she didn’t smile. Nothing! She is definitely in the wrong job position. I don’t see her lasting.

had an awful experience at Burger King recently that left me extremely disappointed. On Friday, July 7th, at 8:42 PM, I encountered one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in any establishment.After a brief delay to transfer money at the drive-through, I pulled up to the speaker and was met with a disrespectful employee who asked if I was going to order or not. When I sought clarification, the employee rudely stated, "You're wasting my time. What do you want?" Even though there were no cars behind me and it only took a couple of minutes to complete my transaction.In disbelief, I informed the employee that I was recording the incident, and in response, he told me to leave, refusing to serve me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.I hope Burger King takes immediate action to address this incident and ensures better customer service in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Burger King based on this terrible encounter.
