I order my food trough the app and as I got to the drive thru. the drive worker didn’t ask for or if I was using the mobile app or if I was ordering until I had told them I had a mobile order and my name. and as I got to the window the guy woking at the registered window didn’t even ask for my name or what was my order was and just told me it was going to be 12$ dollars. Mind you I already payed on the app. I told him I payed through the Burger King app and he seem to not hear me so when he pulled out the scanner for me to pay I thought oh maybe my order didn’t go through so I pay again and as I leave I realized my order was wrong and so I go back around and wait another long wait again and ask why I had payed for someone else food and show them the receipt on my phone towards the guy working at the register window the same guy told me someone else price for their order before I even showed up to the window showing he’s not even paying attention to orders or worse not properly trained and as I show him my order was wrong he ask he’s co worker who saw my order waiting in the back and gave it to me he even check the bag to make sure it was right order this time but they both forgot my drink which I showed them in my mobile order app and didn’t receive a the right drink so I left with the order I payed for myself and the order I payed for someone els. Both workers seem very untrained and unprofessional they lack attitude and basic communication skills. I hoped the Burger King workers get re trained.

Every time i order at this establishment they almost never, NEVER give me the right order. They gave me mozzarella stick with no cheese. Like cmon now

Purchased 2 whopper meals...they wew dry, cold & stale...absolutely horrible..mh granddaughter made 2 attempts last one was more disappointing than the 1st one. They were purchased about 1p.m. on 11/10/25. Very poor qualitt overall.

Last few times I have been here (3 week period of time), I have ordered breakfast. The number 1. Towards the end of sandwich, I want to say it tastes like paper towel. Then a piece of Sausage had a weird aftertaste. Can't describe that one. and the hash browns are so greasy, the grease actually soaked through ALL the napkins they put in my bag.....LOL. One of those little bites, tasted straight like OLD CHICKEN grease, your grandma used to save and re-use! yuk. I can't. Now I thought it was just this one, However the location in Green Valley Ranch had these same issues as well.

I’ve tried to eat at this location multiple times because I like Burger King and I live very close to this location. However every time I come to this Burger King, they seem to ALWAYS get my order wrong, and if it’s not that, my food is cold.

We are visiting from Cedar Hill, Texas. We just got off the plane and got the rental and were hungry at about 11 pm. We saw Burger King is yet open, so we stopped and ordered. The lady at the wi dow was nice and curedious. The food hit the spot. Keep doing what you are doing.

Burger King needs to fire this woman here. She refused to refund me when they couldn’t fulfill my order and didn’t want to give me my money back until I took a photo of her.
