Worst experience! Waited in drive thru for almost 15 minutes, only one car in front of me. I only ordered 2 burgers, onion rings & fries. My order was all WRONG! Fries were dumped into the bag and spilled everywhere. The onion rings were burnt, hard, cold and half full container.

Becky the mager is a bad manager. I called her about a messed up order i ordered a double whopper they gave me a single whopper i order two chicken sandwiches paid extra for cheese no cheese on them so i paid extra for all that stuff and all she can say was sorry abd hung up on me.

I am not from this area since I am diabetic I decided to stop by for a quick visit b4 dinner. I went to the window to order just a small burger and the cashier who was a between 20-30 years old girl with her face full of Pimples was so rude and nasty, she started with making negative comments and she showed no respect for the customer. Now no matter what type of business you are in good customer service and respect is your priority. If your company did not provide good training for you and you were not able to provide good service for your customers you should not have to go through the process of serving customers. I am very disappointed that you have failed to provide good customer service for your company. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone else because it’s not worth it for the money to go there if you can’t get the respect and attention that you deserve.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich from there the potatoes were cold and the sandwich look like it had been sitting there for hours also their French toast sticks were dry and cold as well I gave them two stars only because the customer service was good

I’m the only one sitting in drive thru and am told to wait a moment. Another vehicle pulls into other lane, they give their order and pull forward ahead of me. I ask why I wasn’t served as I was there first, they tell me to wait a little longer. Another car pulls up and orders and I’m still waiting for what? Thanks for wasting my break time, I could’ve used it for more constructive shit to do rather than wait for nothing.

Staff was very friendly and I got my food super fast. I barely had time to fill my drink cup and get my straw before I heard my number being called. Excellent customer service! Keep up the good work!

I came through drive-thru today.. not all my order was in my bag I ordered a double Whopper large fry a large unsweet tea. And then I ordered a junior Whopper with a large Coke. Then I ordered a chicken sandwich just a sandwich. And then I ordered a just a chicken nuggets eight piece.. My husband did not get his Whopper Jr so we all had to share our food with him. It's really frustrating when there's no napkins or straws in the bag. The woman at the window was very rude and pushy. It was the worst Burger King I ever went through. Please make sure there are napkins and straws in the bag please make sure that every order is in the bag correctly. I used to work for a fast food restaurant and I had to make sure that my food I'm going to customers was in the bag please make sure this happens for other customers I'm giving you guys a 1 on your service 1 missing a sandwich Missy napkins and missing straws. And a one on the rudeness.
