Went here for breakfast, and their breakfast was fantastic! I had the Crossiant Sausage and Egg Sandwich, and it was delicious. I even had another one because I had time. I work at the Derby Bicycle Center up the road from Burger King and didn't have to clock in til 9:00. I got at Burger at 8:15 because I left early.
bad customer service when me my boyfriend and his still pulled up to the drive thru looking to see what we wanted and we told the lady to give us a minute to see what we wanted, some girl gave us a bad attitude all because we “took long” when there wasn’t no one behind us atm they weren’t even busy to be giving attitude. don’t give us an “ sure “ in a mean way. please be patient and polite
I made an order for 2 chicken sandwiches to find out neither sandwich had any chicken. I was pretty frustrated but in the end Jovo/Joseph was able to fix everything. He is the reason I left the store in a better mood. Jovo was respectful and apologetic. Thank you Jovo!
